Oil leak Brought it back after an oilchange and noticed oil was dripping Underneath. They had to order a new oil pan since it was cracked. The extra bonus is when Lori takes care of me. She make me feel as though I have a true advocate if the need arises. I’ve had all my services for my Jeep done by this dealership, just wish their offers / coupons for being such a loyal customer would’ve been better. Lori was excellent in explaining the services which I requested and reviewed the bill with me before I paid. She also kept in contact with me regarding the shuttle service. I always receive great customer service from Lori. More

Do Yourself A Favor.. Go Elsewhere I'm a 3 time Dodge Chrysler buyer and a 3 time Max warranty owner. I will never have my car serviced here again. Recently had the back shocks repl I'm a 3 time Dodge Chrysler buyer and a 3 time Max warranty owner. I will never have my car serviced here again. Recently had the back shocks replaced because they were leaking, but the front shocks at 89,000 miles are okay because they are "seeping" but not leaking. At 89K what's the difference? The car is a front wheel drive with all the weight up front, but it's okay it rides like I'm in a low rider show out in Cali. When I asked for documentation on how they decided to not make the repair; they gave me a lame oil leak page sheet that didn't even mentions shocks. I went from wanting to give them a 5-star rating to this one star. At the dealership the service manager was "unavailable " to talk about it; over several days, and another manager who refused to give me his last name decided to feel good about himself by trying to tell me off. Ownership contacted me from here in a private message and stated they thought I was "perhaps" talking about another dealership, even though I spent 3.5 hours in their shop and have a receipt of service invoice. Go figure, it's the old admit nothing and deny everything used car salesman trick. Do yourself a favor, don't even buy these cars. Go Subaru Honda or Toyota. Better cars less aggravation. More
