Sort of disappointed I love the Chrysler Pacifica. It is a beautiful car and I am so happy I found it on your site thru the web department. However, I'm not satisfied ab I love the Chrysler Pacifica. It is a beautiful car and I am so happy I found it on your site thru the web department. However, I'm not satisfied about how the sale was handled. First we can in to the dealership, Dave Testa that does the internet sales whom I was supposed to meet up with came over to us and told us he hurt his back and had to go home. He gave us another sales rep Terrance Devlin who then told us we could not buy the car as it had a recall on it. Something we did not know in advance. But that was ok. My hubby had to be in hospital and would not be coming out until the first week in March. We put a deposit on the car and I waited for a month...I had not heard a thing about the car so I followed up with a phone call looking for some updates on the recall. I spoke with a few other sales people but they could not find my transaction. No one reached back out to me with follow ups. I was getting very upset as my hubby was getting out of the hospital and needed the car. I finally received a call saying that the car was ready for pick up. The snowstorm delayed us picking up the car and I gave Terrence 2 days notice to make sure it was ready. He told me to call the night before and he would have it all cleaned and gased up. I followed up with a phone call the day before telling him we would be there at 2PM on Friday to get the car. We arrived at 2PM. We sat til about 2:45 waiting for someone else to finish the paperwork. My hubby had just gotten out of the hospital and sitting on uncomfortable seats was not in his cards. Finally we found a waiting room with a tv and more comfortable seating. We then waited for another half hour. Finally I asked our salesman what was taking so long. He kept saying that there was one person ahead of us. He then offered to show us things about the car. We went out and he gave us a tutorial for about 20 minutes. We came back in and still had to wait. We had been there 2.5 hours before someone came out and told us that the guy I believe his name was Mike in the office was ready to see us. We got into the office and felt rushed thru the final paperwork. We needed to leave as it was late and did not want to deal with anymore transactions other than getting the car paid for and out of there. Finally at 5PM we left the dealership. We were there for 3 hours. Someome told us on the floor that it was the fault of the salesman for not letting anyone know that we were coming. I'm not sure about that. I'm sure he did. When we got into the car and started driving we noticed that there was not a full tank of gas as we expected. It was slightly under a half. Another thing, if we had to wait that long someone should have told us to go into the waiting room and watch the TV rather than sit on those super uncomfortable little chairs at the front desks. Also someone should have told us that there were bagles and cream cheese in a bin to help ourselves and bottled water in the kooler to drink...it would have been nice if someone offered it to us. We spent alot of money with your dealership and expected to be treated a lot better. In closing, I would like to know when I am to bring in our car for the oil change ... hoping it will be a complimentary first time oil change like most other dealerships offer. And hoping that the service will be amazing as we hear from reviews and we will be happy campers. Thank you. More

Great Salesman - Great Experience I visited several dealerships in trying to determine whether to buy out my leased vehicle, turn it in or lease a new one...then I met Ali G. Yes, I know a salesman's job is to sell. But Ali really took the time to lay out my options. No pressure to close the sale. No - let me check with my sales manager. He simply laid out the options. Most of the options I knew, a couple were new to me. Ali was very personable, very helpful and very knowledgeable. In the end, I turned my vehicle in and leased a new one. I also should mention, the lot guy (sorry I don't know his name), was great. I met him when he pulled the new vehicle up, he prepped and cleaned it, and brought it back to me. He even took the time to congratulate me on my purchase. Rare for a lot guy! This is a great dealership with great people and I highly recommend them! More
