I have been coming to Dick Greenfield Dodge for a third year now, and I've had my ups and downs with this dealer, but in general I have to recommend them as a very good Dodge dealership. They have a 24-hr year now, and I've had my ups and downs with this dealer, but in general I have to recommend them as a very good Dodge dealership. They have a 24-hr service, which is a good thing, and they offer nicely discounted rentals if your car is in service - a rare feature for an average American marque.<br><br>I've had major repairs done there, and I've been a very frequent customer because I take care of my car meticulously - I have an excellent older Dodge sports car. After a little while at the dealership, I began sticking with Matt and Tim as my choice of mechanics, and that's become a very rewarding experience because they seem to be rather knowledgeable with my car (Tim owns a car just like mine himself). There are some other good mechanics, but I've developed a long-standing relationship with Matt and Tim. Also, Jim or Stacey at the service counter always offer courteous, competent help and are friendly. <br><br>In sales, I like Joe (he's nice and pretty laid back)... Rentals have excellent, friendly staff, which seems to be a pattern. The dealership seems to have a community of mostly friendly employees and makes it a pleasant enough place to visit when I have to.<br><br>I rate it all 5's because they've kept my car safe and running reliably over time. And when my car wasn't running, they made sure I always had good, reliable transportation (rentals). Thanks to all! More
