Every attention was paid to detail when doing this. My extended service contract offers me a first day rental car which I took advantage of. The paperwork was prepared and given to me by Alicia and I only had to take it directly to Lynn in the Rentals department. Later that day, I received a call from the Service department informing me the parts would come in the next day for my Pacifica. All this was carried out smoothly and efficiently. The Service department kept me informed and my car was ready the next day. Let me mention that I am extremely happy that the Service department suggested the extended warranty purchase. My original warranty had expired at 75,000 miles and I never had to use it. With the current mileage and the knowledge that I would keep this car for several more years it was a no-brainer to purchase an extended warranty with first-day car rental! I have now used this warranty for the first time and saved a couple of hundred dollars. Thank you to the Service department for suggesting this!! Also, thank you to Lynn in Rentals and to the mechanics who service the vehicles! Let me mention that my 2006 Chrysler Pacifica has been serviced by Dick Greenfield since I purchased it 7 years ago from another dealer.
