I brought my car in to have a tire repaired, and while I waited one of the people who worked there was nice enough to let me print out something that I needed for a class I was taking. I don't remember his waited one of the people who worked there was nice enough to let me print out something that I needed for a class I was taking. I don't remember his name, but he was very friendly and helpful and I really appreciated his kindness which was exceptional considering the fact that one of their printers was already acting up that day in the service station desk area. This Chrysler Dealership is the worst experience I have ever had. Went there on Friday March 2nd around 3pm for a broken Stem sensor on my right back tire, had a new stem sensor placed on my front right ti ever had. Went there on Friday March 2nd around 3pm for a broken Stem sensor on my right back tire, had a new stem sensor placed on my front right tire. The dashboard indicator said 2 low tire pressure. Assistant Manager in the Auto parts Department who indicated to me that a new stem sensor would be placed on my back right tire and that the dashboard indicator would be reset for $150. Around 1 hour later after seeing my car serviced and sensor placed the car sat for another hour. At 6pm I inquire about my car noticing others that came before me leaving the worst Auto Manager Greg stated to me that a diagnostic would have to be done on my dashboard indicator and would take an hour at $98 an hour I was upset and indicated to him that this was originally priced into the original price of $150 why should at pay extra when the car was serviced earlier and just sat for hours. I agreed to the $98. 5 hours later i was told that my car was ready (8pm) and he treated me in a hostile manner for voicing my objections to the services rendered. He then stated to me that 3 sensors were failing (mind you I came to this shop with only 1 sensor down), Greg then stated to me in a very nasty and hostile manner that i would have to pay in cash. I asked the receptionest for the Assistant Mananger, Managers and Owners name to file a complaint because I came into this shop with 3 working tire stem sensors and was leaving with 3 failed sensors. Greg hear this and stated that he was the Assistant Manager and refuse to give me my car. Greg then in a very nasty manner offered to drive me to get cash. I was fearful because of his hostile and agitating manner I was force to call the Lawrenceville Police. Upon the police arriving I attempted to file a complaint because of possible vandalizing of 3 car tire sensors for the possibility of my purchasing 3# additional sensors and the refusal to accept my Debit Card for no apparent reason only because I objected. I paid for 1 sensor and to reset dashboard indicator. The sensor was placed but my dashboard indicator was never reset although I paid for this. More
I have been a customer for more than 25 years, and buy a new Caravan every3 years. As a woman shopping alone, I have never felt talked down to, taken advantage of or uncomfortable. Both the salesman (Vince) new Caravan every3 years. As a woman shopping alone, I have never felt talked down to, taken advantage of or uncomfortable. Both the salesman (Vince) and the service manager (Mark) always are available to answer my questions and concerns and never pressure me into a decision or leave a doubt in my mind that I am being dealt with honestly and fairly. The 24 hour service also is very convenient for someone who works. I highly recommend the dealership and will continue to purchase cars there and have them serviced there as well. More
I brought my jeep in for warranty work 5 times. The first 3 times they said they can not duplicate the problem therefore there is no problem, even though they took my $100 deduct. every time. By the forth ti 3 times they said they can not duplicate the problem therefore there is no problem, even though they took my $100 deduct. every time. By the forth time they admit there was a problem with the abs brakes. Had the car for 10 days, they are open 24 hrs mind you. said it was a bad wiring harness. In the mean time Greg and Jim were the most arrogant people I ever did business with, they would lie and tell you they are working on car and the car was in parking lot. After 10 days,I pick up car drove it 1 mile and it still had same problem. Brought it back and said I need to pay deduct. again because I drove off. The car sat for a few more days, 1 day after my warranty was up they fixed it and charged me for repair. Not done yet, I drove car home and couple days later the windshield washer fluid pump did not work. Took it to my mechanic and he ask me if it ever worked because it not even hooked up. The connector does not fit. So when they replace wire harness they did not tell me they did not hook up pump or did they try to fix. They are the most DECEITFUL PEOPLE I EVER DEALT WITH. The good reviews must come from family members of employees because everyone I speak to would NEVER bring there vehicle to DICK GREENFIELD DODGE. More

I recently had my 05 Dodge Ram serviced by Greenfield again, and this time was as great as the rest of my visits. During a hurricane my HEMI engine got water in it while I was driving and locked up :( again, and this time was as great as the rest of my visits. During a hurricane my HEMI engine got water in it while I was driving and locked up :( I have had many experiences with this dealer working on my truck before as well as my wifes vehicle and didnt think twice about trusting them with such a massive task. I was in a vulnerable position and any dealer would be chomping at the bit to write up a bill a mile long on a repair such as this, but not Greenfield! I called AAA to see if they would tow my vehicle from Garwood,NJ to the dealer and due to the hurricane conditions they told me it would take 3 days to get to me. I called the service department and spoke to Greg who said "Give me 10 minutes and I will call you back" Greg did call back, unlike other shops I have dealt with, and he told me that a tow truck will be able to reach me by the end of the day today! A truck came and brought me and my truck to Greenfield where I explained my situation to Greg, Mark and a technician. The first thing they told me was, " lets not jump to any conclusions, maybe the engine is still good" Where else can you go with that honesty and optimism? After a day I got the call that the engine was no good and a new one was needed. They offered for me to come in and see the internal damage I had done, but trusting them I signed off on the repair. They worked along with my insurance co. to get it repaired with NEW, not junkyard, parts. During the process I was constantly calling to check the status and even popped in to see it and not once did they make me feel like I was bothering or interfering with their day. When it came time to pick up my truck I was able to visually go over every inch with Mark and a tech as they showed me they changed every fluid, cleaned every connection, did a complete safety check and even washed it! In the end I recieved all services I needed at the price I was told, no extra costs or hidden fees, they are very upfront and honest. I will continue to trust Greg, Mark and the crew of Dick Greenfield Dodge with my vehicles and mine and my families safety. Thanks again for a great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I normally don't write reviews but when someone goes this far to help me I have to tell others. I looked around the net and want to tell people how my life was made easier by a few busy people when my truck far to help me I have to tell others. I looked around the net and want to tell people how my life was made easier by a few busy people when my truck broke down. I was in need of extensive repairs and I decided to go to Dick Greenfield Dodge because of all the e-mails they sent me on there specials. I trusted them from word of mouth because friends of mine said they were honest good people. I needed to have my transmission fixed and within an hour they told me it was broken. They gave me a price of a new transmission but I told them I couldn't afford that since I just lost my job. I was upset and told them I had very little money and they said they will have the Service Manager call me. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Greg and he said he will talk to his boss Mark see what they can do. He called back in a few hours and gave me a few options, one was replace the transmission with a new one. the second was to rebuild it, and the third was to find a used one. I told him I was unemployed and not only did he offer a discount because of that he also offered me 0% financing for a year. In these times that helped. For the first time in my life I am with-out a job but thanks to the staff at Greenfield I am not without my Truck that I need to go find work. Thanks Guys A Customer for Life More

They are the most kind, helpful people around, and I have seen the type of people that they have to deal with on a daily basis! They are ALWAYS pleasant and they will help you in any way possible. Reading some of these posts they cannot be talking about the Dick Greenfield that I go to. I also have dealt with Sales, Parts and the Rental Dept. and all have also been great. When you walk in to the Dealership people always say hello to you and ask how are you today. I won't go anywhere else and I have recommended them to my friends and will continue to do so. Keep doing a great job you guys are the best! More
The short version is that my son was driving our 2008 Jeep Wrangler without breaks because of a faulty repair by Dick Greenfield Dodge. They are choosing not to reimburse me for the repair I had done by Jeep Wrangler without breaks because of a faulty repair by Dick Greenfield Dodge. They are choosing not to reimburse me for the repair I had done by another shop after their faulty repair of the right rear caliper. The long version goes like this: *Dropped my car off on a Friday, seeking multiple minor repairs/fixes. *Saturday, got a car that the car was vandalized. Told car wouldn't be ready until Wednesday; they needed to order a window. *Wednesday, car was not ready. The window was fixed, but no other repairs had been started. Car would be ready Friday. *Friday, the car was not ready; they were having trouble fixing the alignment. *Another day goes by the cannot fix the alignment, so I go get it. *I paid. The car would not start. They jumped it, told me the battery was bad, and charged me to replace it. *I paid again, went to leave, but the oil change light was not reset. *They reset it, I went to leave, but a ratchet was left in my car. I returned it. *I drove home, and smelled a funny smell. Upon inspection , the fender liners had been cut very irregularly. I did not know what was causing the smell, but I called DGD and they came to retrieve the car (after much debate about whether the fender liner fix was acceptable). *The service people wrote a note to DGD saying that the customer had every right to be mad about the fender liners. Also said the rear caliper had seized.*DGD replaced the fender liners and the caliper, at their cost. *Car sat in my driveway until my son turned 17. On a drive home from practice, less than 200 miles later, he noticed the breaks were gone but he made it home safely. *Upon inspection, the caliper was hanging by the hydraulic line. No bolts were present. AAA towed it to a local garage for repair as DGD was closed. *DGD is not willing to cover the cost of the repair, even after I followed all the instructions they told me to follow. *I submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint and then the Server Manager called me to complain I had done that after I had done everything they told me to, including showing up with the part and invoice. They weren't even expecting me, even though I had an email thread with their service agent telling me it was OK to come by whenever I could. More
