I love my Jeep I am so happy with my purchase. I found a cool 2012 Jeep Compass posted on their Internet site. I sent a request for more information and their inter I am so happy with my purchase. I found a cool 2012 Jeep Compass posted on their Internet site. I sent a request for more information and their internet sales department replied very quickly so I scheduled a test drive. My sales consultant Don was a very friendly guy and made sure I was both happy with the vehicle and the payment options. It was a very easy deal. Horrible, Abrasive Salesmen & Inflated Prices Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. They tried pressuring me into buying a car on the spot, practically refusing to let me leave the office. They were horribly abrasive to the point where I felt harassed and uncomfortable. Their deals are very far from being deals - the interest is outlandish and they are completely trying to work people over. Don't ever buy a car from this dealership they're awful and don't care about their customers at all, they only see dollar signs when you walk in the door. I would honestly rather put all of my money in a pile and set it on fire before I would ever purchase a car from them. And to make it worse, when they made a follow-up phone call to me post-visit, The salesman, Vince, hung up on me for declining his offer, before I could finish speaking. INSANELY RUDE HUMAN BEING. He almost made me cry when he was pressuring me with his offer. He even called another salesman in so they could both gang up on peerpressuring me. (I couldn't have been more polite and this was completely uncalled for) NEVER BUY A CAR HERE. More

People were always friendly now they ignore you unless your looking to buy. Seems to be a shyster dealership. They may not care about my opinion but I been a customer since 1980 and have bought one to two cars at least every two years. I have a lot more to say about my recent experiences but I doubt anyone will pay attention. Will not buy another car there. Will not recommend to anyone. More
