Once the deal was done, Kelvin took the time to show us the features including pairing our iPhones. He went above and beyond to locate an iPhone charger in the dealership for my wife and gave us his cell phone number in case any questions came up after we left. Alas - not on the lot, so Don found something even better and now I have a 2015 Dodge Dart (affectionately named "Dottie Dart") in honor of my Dad and our 1963 Dodge Dart - in which I learned to drive. Don worked hard and fast-- since it was New Years Eve and we had places to go and people to see. He gave me a great deal on the new vehicle and worked hard to get me the most value out of my trade-in (poor Betsy - my 2006 Town & Country had no idea I was putting her out to pasture). So Dottie and I are still getting to know each other, but I know that Don is available if I have any questions or need help figuring out a feature.
