DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE OR ANYTHING!!!!! Every time I go to the dick green field doge service group there is always a problem. Recently I went to go get an oil change because they gave me 4 f Every time I go to the dick green field doge service group there is always a problem. Recently I went to go get an oil change because they gave me 4 free oil changes. This was my last free oil change., I asked them to pour synthetic oil... It took them about an hour and 1/2 to change the oil and when they told me it was done, i look the the receipt and they poured normal oil. I went back to the service group and it took them another 30 to 45 minutes to switch the oil.the first time I got an oil change they charged me 40 for just the synthetic oil. This time they charged me almost $60 !!!!! While I was waiting for the oil to be changed went to the parts section and asked about how much it would cost me to get navigation that comes standard it some of the trucks. The sales representative told me it would cost about $2500.. I was ready to laugh in the guys face he clearly had no idea what he was talking about. He told me i had to replace my whole entire system when I told him that the system i had was compatible to have navigation it just had to be turned ON. He told me " that doesn't matter you need the whole system replaced" after we had this conversation i went on the internet and found how much a new system would actually cost me for my car. It can out to around $1,000.00. I WILL NEVER TO TO DICK GREEN FIELD DOGE AGAIN. The people working there are not experienced sales people. Please be careful when you go to the service group!!! More

I bought a new 2013 ram 1500 from this dealer and one of the fog lights wasnt working with less than 300 miles on the truck. So I took it back to the service department and one of the managers tried to get the fog lights wasnt working with less than 300 miles on the truck. So I took it back to the service department and one of the managers tried to get me to sign some paper that I might have to pay for them just to check it. I tried explaining to them that it might just be unpluged after an hour of arguing with them about me having full warrenty and that it will take less than 2 minutes to fix it, they finally checked it and it was unplugged like I said. Then my rear door handle poped out of place and I asked them to pop it back in but yet again they tried to get me to sign some paper work that I might have to pay for it. So they decided to order a new door handle rather than just taking a look at it. they told me the new door handle will be there in a week and after a week they call me so I go ther to get the door handle fixed. When I get there nobody had any idea what I was talking about and they told me they didnt have any door handles in stock. So arguing with them for hours they finally go and check out the door handle and all they had to do was pop it back in place like i told them from the start. Then i had a problem with my gas tank and i had to go there 6 times before they actually decided to fix it.Overall this is the worst service ever. I do not reccomend ever going there. They are very disrespectful and rude. I really dont know how they stay in buisness. They make me never want to buy any car from chrysler. More
Don was very helpful and patient with us, starting with the test drive all the way through the sale and the pick up process. My experience here by far has been the worst yet. I go in to remove my spare tire because it was stuck. The servicer said he will charge $49 and then after 2 hours of waiting the mechanic comes back and says to remove my spare tire because it was stuck. I was really upset because he said the $49 was for diagnostic of the problem. This is not fair because why does he have to diagnose anything when I told him exactly what my problem was, I speak to a manager and he says you have to pay the diagnostic fee or you will not get your keys back, he had a nasty attitude. Then I spoke to a general manager and he had a nasty attitude as well and said the same thing. Why should I pay $49 dollars for a diagnostic? These people are trying to rip me off, all I wanted was to get the stuck spare tire out. I will never recommend my friends or family to go there, they are a bunch of rip offs. More
I just bought a pick up truck from Dick Greendfield and was a good experience, and a week later they called for a maintenance service but I had to leave my truck overnight, so they let me to drive one of t was a good experience, and a week later they called for a maintenance service but I had to leave my truck overnight, so they let me to drive one of their cars (from the rental department) but the good thing is I didn't have to pay anything for it. the customer service is the best, starting from the manager Mr. Kent; Ms Westergren from rental dept. (she is so sweet) and the best salesperson that they have, Ms Jacqueline Stanton, She helped me with every single step to buy my truck. Thanks Ms Stanton. DM More
We were looking for a White Jeep Wrangler. It was to be part of our business fleet and we were very specific in what we wanted. Other dealers told us we would never find it. We told them what we were looking for and Michael DeJesus said that they would find the Jeep we wanted. They went to work and sure enough found exactly what we were looking for. I would like to share with everyone my horrendous experience with Dick Greenfield dodge. It all started when I enquired about a new dump truck. I called and spoke with the commercial truck salesman experience with Dick Greenfield dodge. It all started when I enquired about a new dump truck. I called and spoke with the commercial truck salesman and he quoted me at a price of $46,500. I told him if he can do it for that price lets make it happen! They got everything ready, approval for financing, and when I showed up to sign papers, everything was completely wrong. They put the loan in for $52,500! Obviously I was going to question the $6,000 extra and when I did, the salesman was argumentative and completely disrespectful. I should have walked out, but I loved the truck so much I couldn’t let it go. After signing the papers and getting ripped off, I drove home thinking everything was good to go. Two hours after having the truck I realized that the dump body wasn’t even wired! No lights on the body were working including brake lights! Not to mention how dangerous this is, Dick Greenfield screwed up again. I bring the truck down and waited 4 hours for them to wire it. I go back out to leave and the truck is wired completely wrong! The head mechanic is arguing with me and tells me I’m wrong. He calls the body manufacturer and is told exactly what i told him. It's wrong! So after all this the truck goes back in and I’m waiting even more time. This has to be one of the worst dealerships in New Jersey. I would 100% recommend never using this facility for anything. More
