Manny made the negotiation process pretty painless and helped us get the deal we were looking for. Our search for a new vehicle started at another area dealership and the experience was not great. After speaking with Don over the phone before visiting the dealership, we decided to give Route 1 Jeep a try and were very glad we did. The only issue we had was waiting a little while to take our turn in the finance office but, all things considered, we were in and out of the dealership in 3.5 hours and extremely satisfied with the overall experience.
