sales was wonderful, service..not so much. I had leased a 2015 Dodge Durango from Alex approx. 7 months ago. The sales experience was outstanding. However, about 4-5 months after having the veh I had leased a 2015 Dodge Durango from Alex approx. 7 months ago. The sales experience was outstanding. However, about 4-5 months after having the vehicle, I noticed a problem with the trans and 3rd gear. After 3 trips to the service dept. they couldn't find anything wrong and repeatedly told me that 'the vehicle is preforming as designed,' which made me look like an idiot. Well after almost getting into an accident because the RMP's got stuck at 3,000, I decided that Chrysler should be involved. They were also less then helpful. So, when all else failed, I went back to Alex who bent over backwards to help me get into a new lease without breaking the bank. I now have a brand new 2016 Durango (with some upgrades) that I absolutely LOVE. All in all, everyone I dealt with in the sales dept. were outstanding and accommodating. However, I will NEVER bring a car back there for service. More

Not only that but after I traded in my previous car, I forgot my ezpass on the windshield and he personally retrieved my car and the few items that I left inside of it. I came in after work on Wednesday, and we were able to reach an excellent price and I was able to drive home in my Trailhawk that very same day! After I pay this car off, I hope to purchase a wrangler from Route 1 in the future. More
