I was alone in my search for my dream car which is exactly how I wanted it free to browse and compare. Finally when I didn't see it I went into the showroom and met Manny Lopez. He actually asked me what I was looking for, not what he thought I would like. I gave him the information and he went to work. He had a car brought from another lot to show me. It was great a beautiful car. It was lacking just one item I wanted. He spent a good 5 or 6 hours with me. Not once did he show any frustration. The best part is that I didn't feel any frustration either. He had another car brought over and like magic it was even better than the first one. It had everything I wanted and more, lots more. Even better the payments were under what i wanted to pay. Manny I can't thank you enough. I love this car. More

The staff of Route 1 were very professional, but still relaxed, and the internet price was actually the price, no qualifications. I worked with Kim Rapos, Luke McKeever, and Mike Sperando at Route 1, and they were all very helpful and friendly. Kim kept me updated on the vehicle I was looking for and let me know when it was available. My sales person, Luke, was very jeep knowledgeable and knew a lot about the vehicle I was interested in. He was also very professional and personable. The same goes for Mike, who helped me with finalizing the paperwork. The process was very efficient and very stress free, I was very pleased with the overall experience. I arrived a little after noon, and by three I was driving home in my new Jeep. More
