Outstanding Service Department I purchased a Certified, Pre-Owned Jeep from another dealer. I had a significant (scary) problem with it. I contacted the Dealership I purchased it fr I purchased a Certified, Pre-Owned Jeep from another dealer. I had a significant (scary) problem with it. I contacted the Dealership I purchased it from who blew me off and told me they could take it in 15 days-and couldn't provide me with a loaner in the interim as the nature of the problem hadn't been determined to be a warranty problem. I called Route 1 CDJR hoping for a better date than 15 days away. They not only immediately took my vehicle (On a holiday weekend) they looked up my VIN and advised me I was entitled to a free warranty tow. They kept me advised with every step they took, and asked me for suggestions, concerns and input. The Service Department works as an Incredibly responsive team with genuine concern to satisfy the customer. I will buy my next Jeep from here BECAUSE the Service Department is OUTSTANDING. More

Awesome!!! I have bought many cars over the past 30 years and this was without a doubt one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! I have absolutely I have bought many cars over the past 30 years and this was without a doubt one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! I have absolutely zero patience for car dealer shenanigans and experienced absolutely none of this at Route 1. I went on jeep.com and found the exact 2016 Jeep Unlimited Sahara I wanted...it was the only one within a 100 mile radius of my house. I contacted them via their website and Dave immediately called me and confirmed that the price on their website was indeed the price. I made it clear to Dave that I knew what I wanted, what I can afford and had a realistic value for my trade-in and with that said, he invited me down to give them a chance at earning my business. I decided to take the 1 hour plus drive down and see what they were all about. Dave promptly greeted me and introduced me to Luke who would be taking care of me. We went for a test drive and soon after they offered me a fair value on my trade-in (I did not tell them what I wanted, they actually exceeded that figure). I am not an impulse buyer and told them I was going to go home and think it over. They were totally cool with that and put no pressure on me. The next morning I called Luke to let him know I would be down to pick up the car that afternoon. My only issue was the wait to meet with the finance manager. I had an appt to pick up the car and think they should give first priority to someone with an appt. over walk-ins. In their defense though they were slammed with people buying cars that day, which is definitely a testament to everyone on their staff. Overall they exceeded my expectations and without hesitation would recommend buying a car from them. And Luke is the man, he was awesome during the entire process! More
