I was so impressed by the deal that i got I brought my father back two weeks later and Paul showed the same professionalism and attention to detail. I was taken advantage of more than once, lies on top of lies and tricks, They did everything they could to make sure I kept a vehicle they know I was not happy with, knowing there was other options, but dragged me along with lies on top of lies. I didn't get to test drive the vehicle nor was lead to believe the vehicle I brought was the only one I qualified for, liars. I found out I could have change the vehicle if I was not happy with it and my 2004 had more in it then this 2017 vehicle I was trick to get because I was told a lie about my credit score, there was other vehicles I know I could have gotten, but that lying saleperson worked with the lying financial person and sold me what he wanted to sale, liar liar liars including that lying manager More

I explained to Paul what we were looking for and he then began to show us many very attractive RAM 1500 pickups. Paul gave us the keys to one and my girlfriend and I took a quick ride. Upon returning from the test drive Mr. Falciglia Showed us one more truck that we ended up leaving with. I felt that Paul gave us a very competitive price and wasn't trying to get one over on us. VERY relaxed atmosphere and I would highly recommend doing business with Mr. Falciglia again. More

Great new dealer, great new saleman equals NEW car! My car was at end of lease and wanted to look at options for another type vehicles such as a SUV, had heard that the new dealer" Route 1 USA-CDJR" ( My car was at end of lease and wanted to look at options for another type vehicles such as a SUV, had heard that the new dealer" Route 1 USA-CDJR" (formally Greenfield's) was a "NEW DEALER" with NEW management and NEW salespeople with a friendlier attitude and work harder for getting a deal for the customer and was trying to get the word out about themselves and new deals. Through Edmunds.com, last week got" internet" lead to Don Newberry and Dave Teste (very personable guys) and invited to "visit" the NEW dealership, Then was introduced to our "NEW" salesman (3 days young) Paul Falciglia , who took the time to show me and test drive 3 cars , Renegade, Compass, Cherokee, We must have spent 2 hours with him and really couldn't decide what I wanted, Patiently listening to what I really wanted versus what I really need, found one that was at the warehouse and had it brought up to the dealer that night, Working hard, Paul able to get me a deal that fit my budget, Working with Damen Krone(great finance guy) we were able to get me into the lease NEW car , the Cherokee, very happy with how it ride and the room and its looks outside and inside, and it has the items in it I needed More

I NEVER write reviews, but I could not miss this opportunity: Route 1 USA was the second dealership I visited in a day looking for a Jeep Grand Cherok I NEVER write reviews, but I could not miss this opportunity: Route 1 USA was the second dealership I visited in a day looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I almost did not stop in after a long day and an awkward experience at the first dealership, however if I would have decided otherwise I really would have missed a great experience. Andrew Gayles-Jones made this the best car buying experience for me. I will admit when I first walked in the salesroom I was a bit on edge. After spending time having a realistic discussion with Andrew he laid out my options and let me make the best decision for my overall needs with no pressure. As if that was not good enough he really went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied as well as my daughter. My daughter’s car was traded in as part of the deal, but she forgot her plates on a desk in the salesroom. Andrew did not bother to call us to return to the dealership, instead he surrendered the plates at the DMV himself. I hope many read this who interact or work in various service industries are reminded of the importance of integrity, identifying with customer needs, and having honest dialogue, it really does go a long way!!! This is my first Jeep and not only am I enjoying my new Grand Cherokee and feel I received a fair price, but I am still awe with how straight forward and honest the entire process was allowing me to smile each time I share this experience.
