The service department was nice. Alicia the sales manager was terrible and was very dismissive. She doesn't like her job and makes it very clear. When asked if there is someone who can help me better she wouldn't transfer me and just kept repeating that no one could help me. Big shout out to Alicia because i emailed jeep headquarters (the CEO) about her. This is my third leased jeep and jeep should be embarrassed having someone like her. So happy customers like me can write these reviews because she was playing checkers while i'm playing chess. Knowing Alicia she probably did not even give me her real name. Good thing all calls are recorded for monitored and training purposes. Take care More
