I will wait a couple days and will make sure that your informed new battery and the car overall works properly and will update my review. Bought the car from you and had it serviced it with you all the past 3 years. And you don't trust me when I inform you I had to call triple AAA two times to jump start it. After checking up my car 3 days you yourself come to conclusion that the battery is dead and then replace it. And all the stress and moral distress you caused me. What kind of treatment is this to a loyal customer? Now I hope you spoke the truth and indeed replaced the battery and no other issues. If not this time I will not be this much patient and will use all the power of the law. And most likely you lost my business. Maintainaance in future and buying a new car next few months. PS. Rating the quality of work 1 star as I am not sure yet. More

Subsequently, we had an issue with our 2017 CRV that was causing considerable consternation on our part. The issue involved another Honda dealership where we had to have repairs made while we were on vacation. Even though the issue was not with Roush Honda, Casey Brindley and Tim Fox jumped right in and led the way to facilitate an exceptional outcome for us as Roush clients. They demonstrated concern, understanding, and a take charge attitude to ensure that we were satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend Roush Honda when seeking a new or used vehicle, or, for service work on your Honda. There is no better Honda dealership in America. We are proud to be a Roush Honda customer. More

I've been to Roush Honda Service Dept on three separate occasions and each of those times, i was WOWed by Zach, Max and Cammeron. They most definitely serve from a customer's lens. They were most helpful, patient and very thorough in educating me about operating my Crosstour. It had been 20 yrs since I last bought a vehicle and dealing with a highly technical vehicle has been somewhat challenging. After each of those three visits, i left with more confidence that i will be ok. So please accept my commendation of these three gentlemen who are true assets to the Roush Honda Family. Bullsh*t I took my CRV in to get some work done the end of Sept and everyone was real nice and seemed to be honest BUT after spending over 1400 i got my car ba I took my CRV in to get some work done the end of Sept and everyone was real nice and seemed to be honest BUT after spending over 1400 i got my car back and ended up having it towed after only a week or so of getting it back, so after that i dropped it back off and they had it for another week and i spent ANOTHER 1100 on a saturday afternoon and spent ANOTHER 1700 well needless to say i had to call them and return the car AGAIN this past monday not even 48hrs later so needless to say IM PISSED still dont have my car back and i refuse to pay anymore im done listening to their xx JUST FIX MY TRUCK AND GET IT BACK TO ME ALL READY oh ya and on top of everything else the last bill they gave me i was told it was just under $1700 and when i arrived and went to pay and they said that it was just shy of 2000 so i brought it to their attention and they were like "ya your right we did over charge you" like really xxx seriously? How much did they over charge me on the other 2 bills More

Mr. Pete Kelley was our Customer Service Advisor, 2007 Accord would not start reliably, so we brought it in for an unscheduled diagnostic and repair. Mr. Pete Kelley was our Customer Service Advisor, and he was very friendly and efficient. He was very candid and realistic in his time estimate for our vehicle, and expedited alternate transportation for us. He updated me about the status of the repair, and was genuinely interested in our satisfaction! I do not know which repair experts worked on our car, but the problem was determined and repaired before the originally estimated time of completion. The Roush Honda service department is the BEST auto service and repair team with whom I have ever dealt !! Eric More
