I ❤️ HRV But this is what happened.... My first visit, was HORRIBLE, it sucked. Sales folks walking by me, ignored me, clearly didn’t see that I was there to make a deal , nonetheless I was by appointment. 30 minutes later I chose to walked away from Roush though I called management. and spoke to Steve K, Needless to say Steve got a verbal “ smack down” I ended up with no car and unhappy . As weeks passed I couldn’t stop thinking about something Steve said “give Roush a chance, that’s NOT how we business ; it’s not mission statement or who they are OR who the company is either. I know this this to be a fact about Roush family. which is why I came to Roush Honda. Truth is I make mistakes - WE ALL make mistakes and ALL deserve Grace and second chances. That said, I made a quick call to Steve “ Hey , it’s Sandi, still wanna do business, without hesitation he said OF COURSE absolutely and thank you for the opportunity and I have just the person- Needless to say , he was spot on!!! Cammeron by far and hands down is nothing short of Awesomeness! Just amazing the connection we had , family and friends and much more- As for Steve, well I think we’ve mended all that needs to be healed. We’re going to be business friends for a long time and I’m going to keep coming back. These two young men have made this transition nothing short of the best experience of spending my money pleasurable. 😊. Without a doubt this is how a deal should be, a hand shake ( fist bump) good word of honor and integrity. You both have made this “old woman “, extremely happy and I cannot thank you enough. God Bless you both. Sandi P.S. just stopped by this morning to see how my friends at Honda are doing and took little treats in way Hot Krispy Kreme’s. Y’all are just awesome 👏❤️😎 You make me smile knowing without a doubt I can count on you for any problems that arise with my HRV! (Love the red). Anyway. Ben, my new found friend get stars too. Again can’t wait for friends and family to head over your way. Pat, leadership is everything In management and your team is a great REFLECTION positivity and Team Work! Good job!!!! More

Assistant Service Manager Zach Stevenson worked with me every step of the way, even reaching out to Honda Corporation. My car was not under warranty, however Zach was able to articulate the issues of my CR-V to Honda and managed to get a majority of my service costs covered. I appreciate Zach’s tenacity to achieve the best outcome for me! More
Long wait. Rip you off Expect a long wait. I have gone there several times and every time they qute me a time expect at minimum 45mins+ over Got car serviced today and was Expect a long wait. I have gone there several times and every time they qute me a time expect at minimum 45mins+ over Got car serviced today and was told 2 hrs. Took 4 and a half hours for oil and transmission flush. Tried to say my battery was shot when I bought It last year. Wanted 136 for the battery. Took it to auto zone where I bought the battery and it tested 100%. Last time I went I had some electrical issues, passenger window wouldnt work, side view mirror control and heater etc. Wanted 450 dollars just to investigate the issue and couldn't promise any results afterwords. Would still have to pay additional labor and parts after the fact.. ha, no.. do you guys not know your vehicles and where this faulty wiring harness is? Give me a break. Know your car before you go because they will try and skimp you and have a ride because the wait is rediculous from what they tell you. I asked to speak with management twice In my last visit and my service rep went to get him and only came back with managers response. Grow up and talk to me. Serious problems here. Consider a different Honda for service More
Car Repair Took my 2004 Civic in for issue I was having with car and Roush Honda couldn’t get car to recreate issue I was having. Had to return a few days later Took my 2004 Civic in for issue I was having with car and Roush Honda couldn’t get car to recreate issue I was having. Had to return a few days later with same issue. Zack Stevenson stepped in and I was blown away by his dedication and determination to find out what was going on with my car. They again had same issue with trying to get the car to duplicate the problem I was having. Zack never gave up and went over and beyond to find the problem. They finally got car to recreate the problem I was having and pinpointed the issue and got it fixed in no time. I was completely amazed by Zack’s determination and professionalism to fix my car even with it being an older model. It’s so hard these days finding good customers service and Zack made my wife and I very happy and satisfied. This kind of service will make us come back to purchase another Honda from Roush Honda knowing will be in good hands. More

Roush doesn't honor their warranties and has a very suspect service department. I bought a used Honda that came with a 90 day/3000 mile warranty that included the brake system. The ABS and traction control lights came on and stayed on. Because the car was still in the warranty I called to schedule an appointment. I decided to drop my car off the night of 2/19 for service 2/20. Andy checked me in but had no record it was a warranty repair and tried to charge me $99 for the technician. He confirmed it was a warranty repair and I was told the car would be ready by 5PM 2/20. Around 2:30 PM Andy called this time claiming that I was over the 3,000 miles which I assured him I was not. He confirmed with sales; I was right. I inquired about the status of my car and was informed that it hadn't even been looked at because of the question around the warranty (are you kidding me?). Andy said he'd call back in 1-1.5 hrs. By 5:10 I hadn't heard anything so I called and was transferred to the service department and left a message asking for an update. After not hearing anything by 7PM I called my salesman who said he would walk over and have them call me with an update. At 7:19 Andy called and said the vehicle would not be covered under warranty, this time claiming there was animal damage to a wire. I told him that I found that to be highly unlikely and I would like to see the wire. I also explained that even if it was animal damage I didn't see anywhere on the provided warranty where it stated wire damage was specifically excluded from the braking system coverage. Furthermore, the wiring could have been compromised prior to purchase. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to Zach. Zach said if the sensor itself was defective it would be covered, but the wiring is considered external damage that wouldn’t be covered. Zach then informed me the part was not in stock, which I also find unbelievable as this is a common part and available at any auto store, but that they would offer 10% off. I told Zach that I wanted to pick up my car that night. Zach said the car would be ready soon, probably 30 min. At 9:32PM (2 hrs later) I finally received a call that the car was ready. The person who pulled my paperwork was named Zach and said I owed over $60 for an oil change and other services that I didn’t even ask for!!! At this point I was livid as it was 10:15, over 5 hrs after the car was supposed to be ready originally, and over 2 hrs after I was told again it would be ready. He called Andy over. I told Andy I did not authorize any additional work and I was not paying for it. Andy apologized and I left. The next day, 2/21, I wrote the salesman informing him of the ordeal and requested a written explanation of why this was not being covered under warranty. On 2/25 I decided to check the wiring and sensor myself (I work in engineering and work with wiring and sensors regularly). My tests showed the wiring was fine and the sensor itself was bad. When Zach finally called back 2/26 I explained that the sensor itself was bad and the wiring was fine. Zach stated that this wouldn’t be covered by the warranty. Zach continued to blame the wire even though I told him the sensor was bad. After a while I could tell I was getting nowhere with Zach so I stated that I would like to see where it calls it out in the warranty and for someone to prove to me that it’s the wire and not the sensor. Zach said he would send me the warranty. Zach sent a generic warranty he pulled offline that did not have my info or signature. 2/27 I went to AutoZone to pick up a replacement sensor. I replaced just the sensor and left the "damaged" wiring intact. I started the car and both error codes were gone. This 100% proves and confirms that it was the sensor itself and not the wiring. Roush service is completely incompetent. Further proof of this is them "diagnosing" a TPS sensor issue even though it is nails in my tire. More
