Roush service center is the nicest place that I have ever been! Everyone there are so nice and treated me as a family member! I feel assure when I leave my car for them to take care! I stopped in the service department on August 1, 2022. It was very busy. Somehow I lost my phone and radio connection. Alijah Mack was my service advisor and within minutes he fixed my issue. I was so very impressed by the excellent customer service provided to me and my family by parts salesperson Nick Miller. Nick got us the parts we needed, and fast- all while being extremely courteous and pro provided to me and my family by parts salesperson Nick Miller.
