I have a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe with nearly 300k miles and it is a jewel imo. I don’t always maintain it like I should because it is a really good car. I start it up, it goes. However, on two occasions, between years of service, (not good I know), I started it up, and it wouldn’t go. The first time it was freezing cold outside, and the second time it was blazing hot and humid. I called AAA the second time and they told me it would be a four hour wait and I was in a shopping center that was minutes from closing. I called Roush Honda Service in both instances, and they walked me through safe, quick workaround solutions that got me back on the road in no time and my car was scheduled for service. They went way over and beyond to help me out of real lock jam situations, and I am forever grateful and a forever customer. Roush Honda Service is hands down a step above the rest -- they outperform them all in quality of service, better pricing, but more than this, they really care about their customers. I was annoying, I was rude and I was the last person you would like to see on a Wednesday, but this guy did his job, kept his promise and deliver my car on time as he promised. KUDDOS FOR A JOB WELL DONE! (He even gave my car a wash before I left!) AMAZING EXPERIENCE! More

I would like to acknowledge Sarah DePlacito and Sean Becraft for their excellent service responsiveness on 12/27. I was driving back from Cleveland to Atlanta, Georgia and my windshield cleaner lines we Becraft for their excellent service responsiveness on 12/27. I was driving back from Cleveland to Atlanta, Georgia and my windshield cleaner lines were frozen. Sarah and Sean helped me unfreeze those lines and get me on my way home to Atlanta with a clean windshield and at no charge!! The service team at Roush Honda fully satisfied my needs today, in a manner both unexpected and very reasonably priced. Allow me to tell the story: This morning, while travelling to Lancaster, Ohio throug today, in a manner both unexpected and very reasonably priced. Allow me to tell the story: This morning, while travelling to Lancaster, Ohio through northern Delaware County, my 2017 Honda Ridgeline threw me an EMISSIONS SERVICE REQUIRED warning light along with immediate decrease in power. After performing my own roadside inspection and restarting the car the warning remained on and the engine performance was still curtailed. A quick web search for the nearest Honda dealership identified Roush in Westerville. I called and was connected to service through the automated phone queue and greeted by Matt who patiently listened to my problem, gathered my contact information and scheduled me for an immediate appointment. I then nursed the Ridgeline along secondary roads to Roush, a trip of 13 miles. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and a service advisor was called into the conversation. At this point I was entrusted to Paul Naylor - as fine and pleasant a gentleman as I've ever met! Paul shepherded my repair dilemna politely and compassionately, keeping me abreast of progress throughout. The diagnosis called for replacement of the rocker arm oil pressure switch. The part was in stock and the repair completed within three hours of my arrival. I was able to keep my appointment in Lancaster and return to my home in Upper Sandusky (NOT where Cedar Point is, US 23 in Wyandot county) without any doubt of vehicle reliability or performance. I travel approximately 70k miles per and this Ridgeline has over 216 thousand miles on it. The emergency service support of Roush testifies to the reason I bought a Honda in the first place - highest quality parts, assembly, and dealer support network. My highest recommendation to the Roush Honda service team and Paul Naylor as service advisor. I'm sincerely thankful that Paul chose this profession and would encourage anyone needing Honda repair service to seek him out at Roush Honda. More
