My wife was searching for a very particular model. Not up to the challenge, I suppose. Jan from Roush contacted me and I explained to her the same request I had already stated to multiple other dealerships. I expected her response to be similar, that it would not be possible. Jan was not turned away by our request. Jan stepped up and assured us she could get the vehicle built for us. As expected, building a vehicle takes some time and patience, and Jan kept us in the loop throughout the process. No funny business. No surprises. Jan produced the exact vehicle we wanted that so many others on her profession were turned off by. Wife’s happy. Thanks to Jan, who wasn’t afraid to accept a challenge. More
