I would like to acknowledge Sarah DePlacito and Sean Becraft for their excellent service responsiveness on 12/27. I was driving back from Cleveland to Atlanta, Georgia and my windshield cleaner lines we Becraft for their excellent service responsiveness on 12/27. I was driving back from Cleveland to Atlanta, Georgia and my windshield cleaner lines were frozen. Sarah and Sean helped me unfreeze those lines and get me on my way home to Atlanta with a clean windshield and at no charge!! They saved me on a very long trip that would have been disastrous if I could not clean my windshield. Many thanks for responding to my immediate need so graciously. Eileen Beekman More
