The service technician followed us back to the dealership and scheduled the service work for the first thing Monday morning. I was amazed! I called the dealership simply because my fiancee had been a service customer for quite a few years and was always pleased how she was treated. Well, weeks later, lo and behold, Vince called with the EXACT Element we were looking for! Looked at it, drove it and bought it. Working with Vince was like dealing with a long-lost high school buddy. He made it easy and comfortable; through test drive to finance to delivery.
