Recently purchased a new CR-V. We wanted to take our time and make sure the car was right for us, and our salesperson was very patient. He did not push us to make a quick decision. Our only complaint which was very minor is that we wanted to pay for an accessory with our down payment instead of financing the cost in the loan but somehow this did not get communicated to the delivery department. However, it made only a slight difference in the amount of the payment so we went with it instead of having them do it over. A very small slip in what otherwise was a quality experience. More

Looked on line at available cars, and found several that were interesting. We were greeted and asked what our needs were for a car. Lori was patient and helped narrow our search. The Roush Honda service center has gone "above and beyond" for me. They are polite, efficient, friendly and always ready to help. There have been several times I have "cruised" in at late hours to a beyond" for me. They are polite, efficient, friendly and always ready to help. There have been several times I have "cruised" in at late hours to ask questions that seem to be silly. They always take the time and I receive an excellent answer. The one thing I really like is that I am never treated as if I am some "silly little lady" who is dumb about cars. We have purchased 2 cars from the dealership-one new, one used. That has also been an excellent experience both times. I love that they are a family run business that cares about their community. Kudos to them and I highly recommend them! More

Mike with Roadside Assistance responded to my call within minutes and was picking me up at the front entrance of my work to take me to my car and help me get the battery charged! We went to Roush Honda with intentions of just test driving a car...there was no urgency to buy a car right away. We did not "need" one, just wanted to start looking. We were interested in the Honda Accord Crosstour and the Element. We met Dave and he showed us the two cars. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We spent approx 2 hours with him on the 1st day. We later returned to see him again so that we could have our old car appraised. We decided that we liked the Crosstour the most. Once again, we spent approx 2 hours with Dave discussing and working out details. We were still not sure what we wanted to do...lease or buy. Dave explained every little detail and pointed out the pros and cons for leasing vs. buying. After a few days of thought. We decided that maybe we should consider a CRV. We drove one and liked it. Dave provided all financing details via e-mail so we could see what the payments would be like on a CRV. We decided we would still go with the Crosstour. On the day of delivery, Dave spent as much time as we needed going over the financial details...and then finally showing us our new car. He reviewed every feature and flagged pages in our manual that we may need to refer to in the future. As far as pricing goes. We were able to find a price at another dealership that was less than Roush but the service was not as good. The salesperson was tacky and not professional. We showed the price to Roush and they matched the price. I would recommend Roush Honda to all of my family and friends. Dave Holscher was a pleasure to work with. More
The salesman (Dave Campbell) greeted me as soon as I arrived, listened to what I was looking for, and showed me a vehicle (a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Laredo) that met my needs and which the dealership (Roush arrived, listened to what I was looking for, and showed me a vehicle (a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Laredo) that met my needs and which the dealership (Roush Used Cars) had just taken in. After I expressed interest in purchasing the vehicle, he expedited the reconditioning and detailing process. He kept in communication with me and let me know when it was ready, but was never pushy. He always answered my phone calls, and came out immediately whenever I returned to the lot. He was honest and negotiated with me to arrive at a fair price. The dealership allowed me to take the vehicle to my mechanic for an inspection. When the vehicle checked out, the dealership completed the paperwork so I could take delivery the same day. The paperwork process went smoothly and took less than a half hour. Afterwards, Dave took the time to show some of the finer points of the vehicle to my son who will be the principal driver. This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Roush, but the first used one. I highly recommend this dealership and sales person. More
