When I was in town for Thanksgiving, I needed a flat tire fixed and replaced on my 2008 Accord. First, due to good experiences I and others had received, I called Roush's roadside service. It was pouring r fixed and replaced on my 2008 Accord. First, due to good experiences I and others had received, I called Roush's roadside service. It was pouring rain, two days before Thanksgiving, and I was an out-of-towner. Yet, Mike the service rep was there within 30 minutes and was so courteous and helpful. Fast, too! And he told me since I had used Roush's services before, this service was free. Of course I was not going to go anywhere but Roush for a new tire. There too I was treated to a fast, courteous, good-quality experience (George was the one who helped me there).
