We tend to keep our cars for 7 or more years so the purchase of a new car is a serious decision for us. Roush Honda has an excellent reputation among our friends so we decided to visit dealership. John Newton is the sales representative with whom we worked. He was knowledgeable and straightforward. There was none of the game playing that we experienced at other dealerships. We felt good about our interaction with him. I don't know if this was the best price we could have gotten, but it seemed fair to us. We don't like to haggle so we just asked him what his best price for the vehicle was and that is what we accepted. We visited and researched other Honda dealers in the area and Roush Honda had one of the best ratings. We were comfortable with our overall experience. We will continue our evaluation as we experience service in the future. More
