I had a great experience working with Roush Honda and specifically Lori Strohofer. I called 2 weeks before I even went to the dealership and got Lori. She was very patient and explained everything I had questions about without rushing me or pushing me to buy when I wasn't sure I was ready. When I went in to find a car Lori was extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. I don't have the best credit and not much of a down payment but she was able to go through and find the best car for me that I could afford and helped explain all the financing options. My wife and I visited Roush Honda on January 21, 2012 for the purposes of buying a used CR-V as a second car. Lori Strohofer was our Sales Consultant and she worked with my wife to find her a suitable vehic the purposes of buying a used CR-V as a second car. Lori Strohofer was our Sales Consultant and she worked with my wife to find her a suitable vehicle. At each point in the process, Lori made sure that my wife was comfortable with the options and the various vehicles available. A vehicle that my wife wanted to see was no where to be found even though it was indicated to be in inventory. We left the dealership thinking that we were going to be part of a bait and switch scam. While we were having lunch, Lori phoned to tell us that they had found the car we wanted to see after an exhaustive search of several lots. Lori was very kind and generous with her time and explained all the details of the vehicle and its history to us. She also showed how the pricing was determined and how fair it was given market comparisons of similar vehicles and Blue Book values. It was very clear that Lori's goal was to make sure that my wife understood that she really wanted her to be happy about her purchase and wanted to make sure that there were no unanswered questions. We bought a 2007 CR-V that same evening and the buying process was also very friendly, professional, and with no hidden fees, scams or shenanigans. The Roush team did a masterful job of making the car buying process fun and without any hassles. Financing was quick and effortless and the paperwork went so smoothly, it almost appeared magical. We are a very loyal family where trust and respect are of utmost importance. For as long as Roush remains in business, we will be customers even if it means driving an extra 20 minutes out of our way for service. We were very fortunate to have placed Roush on our routing of dealerships to visit. It was a complete fluke as we would have never traveled that far to go see a car and have never heard of them before. I want to commend Mr Phillips' customer oriented, knowledgeable and friendly service. While I knew what I wanted in a used vehicle when I walked in, he made the buying process very easy. There wasn't a lot of walk back and forth to the manager to haggle price. We all know every salesman knows what the dealership paid for each used car and the margin they must make. There's no need to play the "get permission from the manager" game and Richie didn't. I felt like I didn't waste a lot of time in the negotiation, but did have room to work the price down. Much better than the dealers that have the "no haggle low price" that isn't low at all. Richie is very knowledgeable about his product line. He took the time to answer my questions about the car with real facts, not just vague "I think" answers. He also introduced me to a Maintenance Customer Service Adisor and explained the drop-off, loaner car, and pick-up options. Another additional step I thought was very useful and helpful. The company should be prode to have Richie as a face to the public. More
Worked with Dennis Kramer on buying a used Honda Accord and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had...and I've purchased a number of cars over the years! Everyone was friendly, didn't put any and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had...and I've purchased a number of cars over the years! Everyone was friendly, didn't put any pressure on us and there were no games or strong-arm tactics I've experienced at other dealerships. We highly recommend Dennis and Roush Honda and will be back to them for any future car purchases. p.s. since it was used, there were the normal, expected small chips/scratches. Their touch-up paint guy was great and did an outstanding job. Looks new again! More

I never fealt the streotypical pressure of a car sales person and/or the dealership. I would defiintely reccomend Lori & the Roush Honda dealership to a friend. More
