She already had the vehicles we were interested in located and the keys ready for a test drive. She was helpful throughout the entire process. Easy choice, outstanding experience 14 years ago I purchased a brand new Accord from Roush Honda and for the past 14 years I had that Accord serviced by the fine people at Roush. So a month ago when I was having a routine oil change I decided it might be time to think about a new car. Because my previous salesperson no longer works at Roush I asked the service department for a referral and as a result I sought out Chad in new car sales. I was only beginning to compile my list of cars to possibly replace by beloved Accord and Chad understood and applied no pressure. He was extremely knowledgable, witty and actually made the new car buying experience a pleasure. I knew that if I bought another Honda, it would be from Roush and Chad made it an easy decision. We will be looking to replace our other car soon (purchased at Roush 12 years ago) and when the time comes, Chad will again be our guy to get the job done. Chad exudes all that Roush stands for and I could not be happier with my recent purchases/experience. Thanks Chad! More

Roush Honda-an all round positive experience Two and a half years ago we purchased a Honda from Lori. As a result of that experience and our current experience with Lori we have now purchased a Two and a half years ago we purchased a Honda from Lori. So every couple of years, I journey out to find something. I have never been back to the same dealer. They salesmen always seem dishonest, pushy, and bothered that you may have questions. This was not the case with Josh. I wasn't sure about which model of the Odyssey that I wanted so He gave me two sets of keys and told me to take my time. When I was ready, he gave me a good price. There was no running back and forth between me and the magical man behind the curtain (sales manager.) Thats the part I liked the most. More
Not a big fan I bought a used Honda Accord at the end of March 2014. I originally worked with Tom Miller and he was fantastic. Although he was using obvious sales t I bought a used Honda Accord at the end of March 2014. I originally worked with Tom Miller and he was fantastic. Although he was using obvious sales techniques, he was still engaged and caring. This needed to be said separate from everything else. If you go to Roush, ask for Tom. The rest of my experience was borderline terrible. I came back to get my car a few days after the dealership and I agreed on terms. The day I was due to pick up my car, I was assured that the paperwork would be done in advance and it would only take 45 minutes. Two hours later, I was still waiting to sign paperwork. Nothing had been done and the salesman I was now working with (Tom was out sick) acted like he could care less. Now, I get that I'm not his customer, but I was assured one thing and got something else. At worst, the rest of their employees could at least pretend they cared. I had the feeling that since I already had the handshake agreement for the car, they now didn't care how smooth the process went. In my experience, the dealership is supposed to have your car gassed up and ready to go. They gave it to me with 1/4 of a tank. Sure that's small and not required; but it sure didn't help my overall experience. I do not want to name any names in a negative light so I will just say I disliked my time at Roush. I don't think I will be back there unless it's to buy from Tom Miller. More
