After my very smooth purchase, Leigh again showed his patience, knowledge by walking or shall I say talking me through the GPS a and voice activation, also setting up the complicated steps and also phone, blue tooth. A Unique Dealer I don't like sales situations in general. This is why for me to write a positive review about a car buying experience, the service and the quality need to be exceptional. Such has been the case at Roush Honda in Westerville, OH. 11 years ago we bought an Accord there. Ever since then, we have had the car serviced there. They never try to sell us extra or unneeded things, and they never try to tell us that something is wrong with the car when in fact it isn't. We recently purchased another new car there, and we were able to go through the same sales representative that we used 11years ago, Bob Savage. He understood what we were looking for and steered us in the right direction with no pressure and with great service. This is truly a unique car dealership, and I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation. More

She not only got me out of that situation, she put me in a 2014 lease that I was comfortable with, and found me a perfect fit. Love the alabaster silver and features on the civic. Wasn't expecting to lease, but could not be happier. She also was under pressure as I was already at my grace period maximum with HOnda on last lease. Kristen is tremendous asset to HOnda, and I hope she is recognized. I also appreciate Rich moving me thru the financials clearly and concisely, yet still thorough. wonderful experience I was in car search mode as my wife had a unfortunate accident which totaled her 2011 Insight, she is a home health aid and drives a lot and loves her I was in car search mode as my wife had a unfortunate accident which totaled her 2011 Insight, she is a home health aid and drives a lot and loves her job helping other people.. She was quite traumatized by the accident and just didn't have the heart to look for another car, yet you can only drive a rental for so long, so off I went. The used car search proved to be a lost cause with the amount of mileage she puts on a car, and the previous Insight was such a joy to drive and great gas mileage. A few dealerships fell through and I was recommended by my son to try Roush Honda as members of his wifes family have bought cars there. We drove almost 2 hours as my son lives in the area, he took his mom out for Mothers day and I took to Roush Honda. It was raining and I got out with my umbrella and there to the back was a Blue Insight like ours except it was a EX. Jeff Hape came out and said I must really want to buy a car to be standing in the rain.. I said I was there to buy if he could make it work for me. There was no need to test drive so we went directly to pricing and financing and I ended up driving away in that 2014 Honda Insight EX . I really liked the Honfidence and another salesman assisted in my questions on that and the hybrids.. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. We drive to visit our sons and his family quite often and coming back for servicing is no problem. We had 80,000 miles on our other Insight with ZERO problems. I was so pleased with the way I was treated and the pricing that I decided to trade in my vehicle and get one for myself. I was given a fair trade in and everything went smoothly, so we now have two Honda Insights from Roush Honda. So two 2014 cars in two weeks , I am just excited. Would I recommend this place , you betcha, I proudly several times a day tell people of my experience with this dealership. and I proudly wear my Roush Honda hat. More
Great Experience! I was browsing on the Roush Honda web-site and sent an inquiry regarding a car I was interested in. I received a prompt response and got a follow-up I was browsing on the Roush Honda web-site and sent an inquiry regarding a car I was interested in. I received a prompt response and got a follow-up from salesman Josh Wiswell. I wasn't sure if I would be able to get a car at all since I had a large amount of negative equity but, I went in to the dealership to meet with Josh anyway. Josh started asking questions and when I explained about my negative equity, he said the first thing to do was to see what my old car was worth so we would have a starting point. Once that was completed, Josh asked more questions and we discussed several options. I test drove an Accord first, however, the monthly payments were going to be a little more than I wanted to pay. I wondered how the payments would be for a used car instead so Josh walked me over to the used car building and we looked into that and found it NOT to be a viable option in my situation. We went back and discussed a Civic EX model and found that the payments on a lease were going to be in the range I wanted. So, I took the civic for a test drive and I loved it!! The following day I went in, signed papers and drove away in my 2014 Civic EX!! I was so happy that Josh took the time, effort and patience to discuss several options with me until finding the right one! More

The leasing experience with sales consultant Paul Lewis and leasing professionals has been very smooth and friendly I had actually gone for a maintenance issue ( flat tire) on my 2008 Honda Accord.The service team did a great job and fixed tire at no charge. I later ended up talking to Paul and and ended up leasing a new 2014 Honda Accord. He worked with me to get a fair trade in price on my 2008 Honda Accord and a monthly lease payment that met my expectations. The sales experience has been friendly, hassle free and a pleasure. All in all a "win-win" transaction. I highly recommend Roush Honda for purchasing/leasing a new Honda vehicle. Thank you Murthy More
