Due to our schedule of test drives that day, we needed to do this one right at 9am, when they open. When we got there just before 9, Rich was already outside warming up the Fit and greeted us like he'd known us for years. He answered all of our questions, knew everything there is to know about the car that we asked (you'd be suprised how often car salespeople don't know the first thing about the car they're selling you) and let us move on to our next appointment after a quick explanation of the price of the car and finance options. Rich was extremely low pressure, even though he knew we were leaving to drive other cars! We ended up buying a new Fit instead of a used one due to how close the price was, but I didn't want Rich's excellent customer service to go un-reviewed. More

We wanted a used Honda Ridgeline. We were told by various dealers that a used Honda Ridgeline would be hard to find. as luck would have it, Roush Honda had just received two Ridgeline We were told by various dealers that a used Honda Ridgeline would be hard to find. as luck would have it, Roush Honda had just received two Ridgelines from an auto auction. They were both the same color, same year -2013 and had come from the same area (Alabama) . After driving both we purchased the one with less mileage. Dave Holscher was extremely helpful, friendly and spent a considerable amount of time after the sale, pairing our iPhones to the Bluetooth. Even though we own a Honda Pilot and an Acura MDX, he made sure that we were comfortable with all the interior controls. He is very professional and we will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a "pre owned" Honda! More
