We had planned for 11 on Sat but our son was exhausted and still sleeping so we called ahead and asked if we could meet anytime later that day (12 on). Bill said he would be free and unrushed at 3. When we got there at 3, he was busy with other customers and told us to go take a long test drive for 45 minutes. I asked if someone could show us the new features of the car or at least give us some basic info because that is what we came in for, not to test drive. We were told that when we came back, he would review it with us. We killed time waiting for our turn and when we returned with the car, he was helping other people and we were told to wait again. Now it was an hour after our appt time. We had at least expected help when we returned with the car. After sitting for another 20 minutes with not one employee asking if we needed help or speaking to us at all, I finally asked if my 8 year old son could at least get some water. Apparently the bottled water was in a manager's office and unavailable. Back to sitting some more while couples around us were being helped. We ended up calling another Honda dealership from the Roush lobby and asking if someone at the other dealer could help us on arrival since we had been waiting 1 1/2 hours at Roush with no questions answered. We were driving our new 2014 Accord off the lot of the other dealer in less time than we sat at Roush. And this was our 3rd Honda and had been doing service at Roush for 10 years. Our loyalty meant nothing. He did not call us to see why got up and left. Too busy perhaps. Take service elsewhere? More

Purchasing Made Easy I had a wonderful experience with my recent purchase of a used vehicle at Roush Honda. I initially inquired about a vehicle online and was immediatel I had a wonderful experience with my recent purchase of a used vehicle at Roush Honda. I initially inquired about a vehicle online and was immediately contacted the next day by Jim Hartsook. Unfortunately that vehicle was already sold. I was very specific with Jim about the type of vehicle I was looking for and price I was willing to pay. I received calls from Jim frequently when he thought he had a vehicle that met my requirements. In a matter of less than a week he called me about a vehicle that had just come in. We made arrangements for me to look at the vehicle that day and I was a new CRV owner before I left. There was not the usual negotiating back and forth on price. Jim gave me the best available price right off the bat, and it was what I wanted/could afford to pay. The last time I purchased a used Honda, it was a very grueling experience....searching the internet daily and traveling many miles to look at a multitude of vehicles. I was very fortunate to hook up with Jim. He did all the work for me and actually made this a pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to contact Jim again when it comes time for my next vehicle. My husband and I came in thinking we new what we wanted to do, and Dave ended up savings us thousands of dollars (which is wonderful because we have a baby and need the extra money). Not only that, but he put us in a safe, reliable car for our family, which gives us piece of mind. You can't put a price on that! I have always heard wonderful things about Roush Honda, and after this amazing experience, I am a customer for life. More

I went there first to test drive new Hondas and also went to their largest local competitor. Working with Chad I received the best price and as it got closer to having the transition to the 2015 models the prices came down further. Hondas are great cars and for me the combination of being able to go to the dealer a few minutes from my house to see and test drive the cars and communications on pricing through email worked out perfectly. I also went to their service department for an out of state vehicle/motorcycle inspection and they were friendly and helpful even without knowing that I was a Roush customer. So for a new car purchase things could not have been better and I recommend them highly. More

Leased Civic and CRV I took my mother's CRV in for service on a Thursday and noticed the current leasing deals. I had worked with Matt when I bought my 2009 Civic, so I lo I took my mother's CRV in for service on a Thursday and noticed the current leasing deals. I had worked with Matt when I bought my 2009 Civic, so I located him. After looking at CRV's I ended up with a Civic, that I picked up on Friday. I was still interested in a CRV, so I came back on Saturday, with a trade in, and made a deal for a CRV. I have never had a car purchase/lease experience go so smoothly. Matt is a real professional was key to the process being successful. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to get a vehicle from Roush. More

After we decided we wanted the car, he was informative but not pushy about additional services. I don't like "salesmen", I like someone to consult with me about my requirements, so we got along great! He was very pleasant to work with and I would recommend him! More
