The car-buying experience at Roush was head-and-shoulders above that we've had with any other car dealer. All the staff we dealt with, from the online sales coordinator (Deanna Thompson), to our primary salesperson (Venko Nechovski) and assisting salesperson (Chad Porter), to the delivery coordinator (Karen Matthews) treated us with courtesy, integrity, and fairness throughout the process. We were immediately offered an Internet sales price that was substantially lower than even the Edmunds PricePromise price, meaning that no further haggling was necessary and the $ aspect was addressed and taken care of up front before even a test drive and detailed discussions. Venko and Chad were very informative both during the sales process and the delivery. Karen, unlike many other delivery coordinators we've experienced, was informative but very low key regarding available additional packages, and was able to secure financing at a lower rate than I had been able to get on my own. In fact, the lack of any pressure throughout was very much a key factor in the pleasant experience. Not only do we believe we got a great deal, but we would shop there again and recommend Roush Honda to others in a heartbeat. More

I have worked with Rob Donkelaar now through two sales cycles involving 3 new vehicles. He is knowledgeable about the product and truly cares about the customer. The dealership is the best I've ever worked with. The customer service culture comes from the top down and it is obvious in all they do. Bought a 2010 Honda Insight with 45,000 miles The 2010 Honda Insight Norm Nolder of Roush Honda sold us is a great car at the right price. We found it on Ebay. The gas mileage for my trip home to The 2010 Honda Insight Norm Nolder of Roush Honda sold us is a great car at the right price. We found it on Ebay. The gas mileage for my trip home to Nashville from Columbus Ohio was 52.3 mpg. I especially like the mpg and the cruise control. This cruise control is easier to operate and change speeds than any we have had in the past. We decided that we wanted to add HondaCare to our purchase and Roush Honda made that happen. We had Hondacare on our 2000 Honda Insight and we never had a claim. We hope having HondaCare on this latest bigger Insight will have the same result. You know if you don't have insurance or a warranty, that's when you will need it. There were a few places that needed touching up where bugs or grit had hit the front hood hard and they took care of that as well. Norm Nolder picked me up at the airport and was a lot of fun to work with. My wife says she is delighted with how well her "new" car looks, handles and saves money with its high mpg. We have rented and driven a Prius twice for long trips. We test drove a number of used ones for sale locally. This Insight is a better car and we saved $4000 over the comparable Prius's we priced. More

We had been treated pretty poorly at another dealership in Columbus, so from the time we walked in and met Lori Strohofer we knew we were in the right place. Lori's kind, knowledgable, no-nonsense approach to showing us the vehicle that we wanted was so refreshing. She and her financial partner Joe were able to agree to the deal that was extremely reasonable, offered to find a lower rate (even though we came in pre-approved) and worked with us to make sure the buying experience was a positive one without wasting any time. She truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Lori specifically and Roush in general. More

Disappointed- bought elsewhere We made an appointment 4 days ahead to look at new cars. We had planned for 11 on Sat but our son was exhausted and still sleeping so we called ahead We made an appointment 4 days ahead to look at new cars. We had planned for 11 on Sat but our son was exhausted and still sleeping so we called ahead and asked if we could meet anytime later that day (12 on). Bill said he would be free and unrushed at 3. When we got there at 3, he was busy with other customers and told us to go take a long test drive for 45 minutes. I asked if someone could show us the new features of the car or at least give us some basic info because that is what we came in for, not to test drive. We were told that when we came back, he would review it with us. We killed time waiting for our turn and when we returned with the car, he was helping other people and we were told to wait again. Now it was an hour after our appt time. We had at least expected help when we returned with the car. After sitting for another 20 minutes with not one employee asking if we needed help or speaking to us at all, I finally asked if my 8 year old son could at least get some water. Apparently the bottled water was in a manager's office and unavailable. Back to sitting some more while couples around us were being helped. We ended up calling another Honda dealership from the Roush lobby and asking if someone at the other dealer could help us on arrival since we had been waiting 1 1/2 hours at Roush with no questions answered. We were driving our new 2014 Accord off the lot of the other dealer in less time than we sat at Roush. And this was our 3rd Honda and had been doing service at Roush for 10 years. Our loyalty meant nothing. He did not call us to see why got up and left. Too busy perhaps. Take service elsewhere? More
