I applied on-line and put down the type of car I was looking for. I was promptly called by Don and he recommended I look into a Honda Fit. He had me test driving one the next day (which I promptly purchased). He made sure I knew about all my options (financing, etc) without the high-pressure sales. Joe in Finance was also great to work with and explained my loan clearly and concisely. I drove my new used car off the lot that day. Best car-buying experience I have ever had. More

I have owned a Honda before & loved it great cars. my experience at Roush was perfect. My salesperson Josh applied no pressure at anytime. He went over all my options, gave me a fair trade for my car. He went over all the new gadgets in the car. I have even called him about something I did not understand stopped by & he answered by questions. When I'm ready to buy again I will go to Roush again & would recommend them to my friends. Did mention I love the car!!!! More

We were pleasantly surprised at what we got for our money. Cameron was amazing and very personable. He shared that he was new to the Roush family but not to the industry. He was knowledgeable and attentive regarding the features we wanted and was able to make the purchase seamless. Seriously. My husband and I dreaded the process but it was really a lot of fun. Due to our schedule of test drives that day, we needed to do t My wife and I went to Roush on a Wednesday morning to test drive a certified Honda Fit. Due to our schedule of test drives that day, we needed to do this one right at 9am, when they open. When we got there just before 9, Rich was already outside warming up the Fit and greeted us like he'd known us for years. He answered all of our questions, knew everything there is to know about the car that we asked (you'd be suprised how often car salespeople don't know the first thing about the car they're selling you) and let us move on to our next appointment after a quick explanation of the price of the car and finance options. Rich was extremely low pressure, even though he knew we were leaving to drive other cars! We ended up buying a new Fit instead of a used one due to how close the price was, but I didn't want Rich's excellent customer service to go un-reviewed. More
