I have bought Many High end cars in my life.. worked for weeks trying to buy a vehicle from, in my own town (CT) dealers to get rude and d WOW! WOW!! I have bought Many High end cars in my life.. worked for weeks trying to buy a vehicle from, in my own town (CT) dealers to get rude and disappointing sales. But NOT at ROUSH HONDA!! I never walked in dealer or seen the vehicle or drove it before buying. But Norm made me feel like I was there with him everyday. Roush gave me a unbeatable price on my Acura ZDX and step by step professionalism to buying the car. I never felt treated small or left out of the process. Had pictures sent of the Vehicle every angle your eyes could see (even under the Vehicle!!). I felt like a KING being served by the highest level of service a person could every want from a dealer and buying a used car!!. No, I did not pay millions of dollars I paid under $26,500 for a used Vehicle but was treated like I paid for a million dollar car!! Anyone who reads this review may not believe me. but as a lower middle class guy, who makes payment every month, living check to check. I have no reason to lie about ROUSH HONDA. Both were pleasant and easy to work with, but Ericka really went the extra mile for me. Also, all the other employees I interacted with were unfailingly warm, welcoming, and seeking to meet my needs. Each time we come to Roush whether it's for maintenance or lease/purchase; we are consistently greeted as soon as we walk in the door, and again by each person we see. What's especially nice is that everyone seems to have a smile in their voice (if that makes sense) and they feel genuine. A few years ago, while walking around the showroom and waiting for my oil change, Chad Porter greeted me and we talked briefly about his history with Roush. I knew then that I would go to Chad for my next purchase because he was super easy to talk to and clearly loved his job. Last Friday, I made an appointment with Chad, knowing that my lease was up in 6 months. He was so focused on my impossibly long wish list, gave me great feedback/suggestions, and I now have a new car that I love 6 months earlier than expected! I especially appreciated Chad teaching me about all of the new features on my car, and setting up my Pandora and many other car settings. My last lease was with Casey and as happy as I was to hear about his promotion, I was concerned that I wouldn’t get to go through him as my sales person.
