Our first stop when shopping for a used Honda Odyssey was Roush Honda, where we were introduced to sales associate Richie Phillips, and let me say, he set the bar for the remainder of our dealership visits across central Ohio. Over the next week, we test drove vans from every major dealer in the area, and after each visit we were left comparing everything back to our experience at Roush. The cars were cleaner, the associates were more approachable, there was less pressure to make the purchase. And best of all, Richie was willing and excited to negotiate a deal that made is happy. I doubt you'll look at only one dealer before you buy your next car, but you could be missing a great opportunity if you don't stop at Roush Honda's used dealership and ask for Richie Phillips. More

I called the dealership to inquire about a specific vehicle and was connected to Brooke Diedrich. She answered all my questions and agreed to come in several hours after her day officially ended. Brooke had a packet with all the vehicle information and the Pilot was inside so I could look at it out of the cold. The next day she came in on her day off and showed the vehicle to my family. The day I finalized everything she had all the paperwork in place and spent about a half hour sitting in the vehicle making sure I was up to speed on all the functions. Finance department did a good job as well. Brooke did a great job answering all my questions and providing a pressure free sale. More
