We wanted a used Honda Ridgeline. We were told by various dealers that a used Honda Ridgeline would be hard to find. as luck would have it, Roush Honda had just received two Ridgeline We were told by various dealers that a used Honda Ridgeline would be hard to find. as luck would have it, Roush Honda had just received two Ridgelines from an auto auction. They were both the same color, same year -2013 and had come from the same area (Alabama) . After driving both we purchased the one with less mileage. Dave Holscher was extremely helpful, friendly and spent a considerable amount of time after the sale, pairing our iPhones to the Bluetooth. Even though we own a Honda Pilot and an Acura MDX, he made sure that we were comfortable with all the interior controls. He is very professional and we will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a "pre owned" Honda! More
Unpleasant We owned 5 cars that included Honda, Toyota and Lexus. Four of them were used, purchased from private parties and a dealer and this fifth one is new We owned 5 cars that included Honda, Toyota and Lexus. Four of them were used, purchased from private parties and a dealer and this fifth one is new, obviously from Roush Honda. Unfortunately the new car purchase happened to be the least pleasant experience for us, contrary to the general expectation. This review talks about 2 out of 3 individuals that worked with us during our transaction and both of them happened to be from the new car sales team. Trying to offer candid and critical review but I sincerely doubt if they even care as evident from their very attitude during a follow-up conversation. Not only they lack sense of customer service, they throw in moments of disrespect and sarcasm on top. Briefly; we were forced to buy the accessories added by the dealer for display purposes. Talking to the sales manager only was a mistake, we rather had to face sarcasm and offending attitude later on. But for the choice of Model/Body/color which was not available anywhere in Columbus area, we would have walked out. I expect a good customer service rep would respond to my Voice Mail. It was regarding something that was missing from the car. After a follow-up conversation, we realized that he was unhappy with our negative review. He thought we gave a negative review which was not true then. He should have reached out to us if he thought or knew that we were unhappy about the whole transaction and attempted to rectify his image. Salesman acknowledged that he was frustrated and uttered sarcastic comments ("..telling you in English"). Later he apologized. They do follow-up with a routine "courtesy" call right next day and send a letter expressing their gratitude. I'm sure their computer systems do that for them automatically. There are some good reviews out there but true customer service only shows up in some situations and not when everything goes well like an over-the-counter purchase. However, we noticed other staff in the dealership that came across appeared courteous and welcoming. Going forward we will still buy Honda cars because of their quality but not from Roush. More

Overall great experience I just purchased my families second car from Roush. My wife purchased a Pilot last year and I purchased an Accord this year. When I arrived they already had a proposal written up based on what I had told them I wanted. After they worked with m on my trade we were able to quickly work through the options I had and find the best one. The honestly and integrity of everyone I worked with was the best I've experienced. I'll definitely go back to Roush. More

I called another dealer (who advertises frequently) and they would not talk price over the phone, which is understandable. They invited me to come in, and they were not close to me, so I drove there. This place that "had the best prices" could not even match with my trade-in what Richard gave to me. Richard gave me a better price and better service. More
