He went over all my options, gave me a fair trade for my car. He went over all the new gadgets in the car. I have even called him about something I did not understand stopped by & he answered by questions. When I'm ready to buy again I will go to Roush again & would recommend them to my friends. We were pleasantly surprised at what we got for our money. Cameron was amazing and very personable. He shared that he was new to the Roush family but not to the industry. He was knowledgeable and attentive regarding the features we wanted and was able to make the purchase seamless. Seriously. My husband and I dreaded the process but it was really a lot of fun. We spent approx. 2-3 hours on a Saturday at Cameron's desk going over various options but it was well worth it. Cameron made the time go by very quickly. Thank you! More

Due to our schedule of test drives that day, we needed to do this one right at 9am, when they open. When we got there just before 9, Rich was already outside warming up the Fit and greeted us like he'd known us for years. He answered all of our questions, knew everything there is to know about the car that we asked (you'd be suprised how often car salespeople don't know the first thing about the car they're selling you) and let us move on to our next appointment after a quick explanation of the price of the car and finance options. Rich was extremely low pressure, even though he knew we were leaving to drive other cars! We ended up buying a new Fit instead of a used one due to how close the price was, but I didn't want Rich's excellent customer service to go un-reviewed. More

When we couldn't find the title for our trade-in car, Karen Matthews jumped in and saved the day! This dealership is full of professionals who perform like rock stars when you need them!
