Josh was very patient with us as we looked at all the features and was very helpful in answering our questions as we made our decisions. We originally went to Roush a few months ago to start our car search. Josh followed up with a phone call to us and offered assistance then or whenever we were ready to proceed. Richie was our salesperson and he truly takes care of his customers. He answered all our questions and made the Certified Pre-Owned warranty clear and easy to understand. I like that the dealership is employee owned. The staff fills in for each other when one is off duty and are motivated to advance the dealership not just themselves.
