Aleks did a great job helping me look at a vehicle I saw online on the website. He facilitated the examination process very smoothly, and I was happy with the vehicle I got. We had an excellent and pleasant experience buying our 2019 Mazda CX-5 from Aleks at Roush. He was helpful, patient and low-pressure all the way. The entire process, once we'd made a decision, was very quick and efficient. Overall the dealership was great. Julie in finance got us through quickly, although one thing I didn't love was the process with my electronic signature, once I'd entered that, she hit the buttons to fill in my signature very quickly, and I would've liked more time to review. But overall a great experience and one I'd recommend to others! More
