Awesome service, great atmosphere! After car shopping for what seemed like forever, I narrowed down my search to a particular model. I found a few cars of the Honda Accord EXL I was looking for online at Roush, so my husband and I trekked the two hour drive and called the dealership along the way and spoke with Richie Phillips, and he met us when we arrived. He remembered a car that they just got in, matching exactly what I was looking for, down to the the color and desired specifications I wanted. Alas, he pulled around the perfect car! One test drive and I was sold! Not only was it a great match, Richie was completely professional and worked with us in the deal, and made this a fun experience! The most comfortable auto purchase we've ever made. We knew what we were looking for and had done our homework, but hadn't purchased a car for 8 years. Things have changed and Lee did an excellent job We knew what we were looking for and had done our homework, but hadn't purchased a car for 8 years. Things have changed and Lee did an excellent job of explaining what had changed and how. He introduced us to all of the new technology and helped us setup everything. I don't know what else we would have asked of him. Will, likewise, explained what had changed in financing and protection plans. He was able to help us understand the options we had without making us feel pressured. We didn't have to talk with any management to make our deal. Lee and Will handled everything. We had purchased a couple of vehicles from Roush and then skipped them for one and we are glad to see they are just as professional as before. Maybe they are even better. More
