Great experience When we first met our sales person I knew our experience would be noteworthy. I have never enjoyed buying a vehicle until now. That's the truth. Also I would like to mention I never write reviews! Another first! We met Shawn Risner upon stumbling in to Roush to "just test drive" a car. Which Shawn was more than happy to accommodate (AND he didn't have to ride shotgun!) He is very gregarious, hilarious and won our hearts within minutes. We stayed after the test drive just to chat! In any case he made the purchase of our new car memorable in the best way. He is extremely accommodating, quick with response times and very fair when it comes to dealing. I hope he stays in the business for awhile as he has earned our business for as long as he sells cars. He also may not know this but my husband and I will most likely stop in just to say hi! That is how great he is! So definitely definitely reach out to Shawn if you want to have a great experience! For realz! More

Great Experience! Don Emery at used car sales on Westerville Road was very professional in handling my purchase of a 2008 Honda Civic. He was very knowledgeable about Don Emery at used car sales on Westerville Road was very professional in handling my purchase of a 2008 Honda Civic. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the car and explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. He also worked closely to coordinate the sale with DeAnna Thompson and Joe Fenstemaker of Concierge Services. Without this excellent coordinating I would have been stranded without a car, since my old 1996 Honda Civic had some major problems. My 1996 lasted for over 21 years, which speaks to the value and quality of Honda cars. Thank you all! More

Roush Honda like many of the other Honda dealers I called did not have the vehicle that I wanted because it was a limited production vehicle. However, thankfully my call got directed to Josie at Roush Honda because she said although unfortunately she would not be able to get the vehicle for me (which there were no alternatives for me, I only had one specific car in mind), she located the vehicle for me from another dealer and I am now driving it a week later. Where others had failed or were too lazy or self-interested to help me out, Josie went above and beyond to locate this vehicle and I am thankful for her and how well she represents Roush Honda. Roush and Josie may have not got the sale of the vehicle but they will get the service of the vehicle and future purchases and recommendations. Thank you so much Josie! More
Richie went above and beyond to help me! I had a great experience buying my car with Richie but I was really blown away after the sale!
