We were extremely impressed with Linda's ability to make us feel welcome and introduce us to a new brand of car we did have not previously experienced; she helped us fall in love with the Pilot initially. She was not "pushy" and allowed us time to consider the investment of the purchase even going so far as to set up an appointment with Josie on another day. Josie was upbeat and energetic and answered all of our questions that had arisen in the interim. Together, they demonstrated the team-oriented family-friendliness of the whole dealership. We came to Honda through Consumer Reports and other online reviews (plus family with Honda cars), but we are staying because this is a family-friendly, employee-owned business that offers full-service for the vehicles and customer care for the owners. He was helpful without being pushy and very easygoing, and he wasn't at all phased when we drove onto the lot and announced we wanted a completely different model of Honda than what we had speaking to him about for days! It's never fun to go car shopping, and in our opinion, the knowledge, character and demeanor of the sales person is really important to make the sales experience a positive experience. Everyone I encountered at Roush was kind and helpful from the moment I walked through the doors. I test drove the HRV and loved it. As I was trying to decide on the trim level and color, my salesman, Spyros, showed me all the options. He and the finance manager, Sam, never pressured me to choose any certain color or trim. Both were very courteous and genuine as we negotiated towards a final price. Spyros helped me through the entire process, answering all my questions and even let me drive his dealer car home while the dealership detailed my new car! In my prior car shopping experiences at other dealerships, price negotiation had been intimidating. I also was passed over to other salespeople when higher profile customers walked in the door. I never felt intimidated or ignored at Roush. It is very clear that Roush places a high priority on customer service. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the staff at Roush. I thought I was a Honda lover before, but I love Honda even more after a seamless and stress-free car buying experience. Thank you Spyros and Roush Honda! More
