I'm glad we had walked away from another dealer who were still trying to get sticker price on a 2016 HRV. I like the customer area in the dealership, it reminds me of an open air coffee shop. My hat's off to whoever created the culture and atmosphere of this dealership. It's a welcome surprise. And...did I mention a service department that's open until midnight throughout the week. More
