Kevin was great to work with and made me feel good about the choice I was making. He took time to explain everything and was so patient with my kids, who felt included in the process. When I first began looking at cars, I went to one other dealership to look at another brand of vans, but I felt brushed aside and ignored. Kevin made it clear that I was a priority and that my questions were valuable. He showed that he cared about his customers and about the entire process of allowing someone to think through a big purchase.
