Great experience buying via Costco Program I went to Roush Honda to buy a new Ridgeline truck. I found them via the Costco auto buying program. I drove 2 hours to get to this dealership. The purchase experience was excellent - efficient, pleasant and enjoyable. The salesperson, Spyros found me the vehicle that I wanted in the trim level and color that I wanted. They let me drive the vehicle by myself (no ride along) which really enhanced the experience for me. The manager found me a 2019 for the same price as a 2018! There was a mishap with the vehicle at the dealer that I wished to purchase the day before I was to pick up the vehicle. They found me another truck in the EXACT same color and trim level that day and delivered it as promised. Great customer service. More

I visited Roush ~10 years after th This is the 2nd vehicle I purchased from Roush Honda. The first one was a 2005 odyssey van I purchased in 2008. I visited Roush ~10 years after that purchase unannounced and as I saw the salesman who sold me the van 10 years ago, he looked at me and said, "you bought a 2005 van from me." Impressive. Needlesstosay, I went back to Steve Tarbutton for this van and I found Steve to be fair and honest. I have never really enjoyed buying a vehicle or the process but Steve and the crew at Roush made the process a positive one.
