He listened and followed-through with timely communications (phone, text, email). I appreciated his focus on the Honda CR-V safety features as this was my #1 priority. I did my homework prior to selecting Roush Honda (CR-V competitive pricing, pricing/driving higher end vehicles, and trade-in values for one car and one motorcycle) and I definitely made the right choice in selecting Roush Honda and working with Otis Tate.
