It was priced to sell and there was no reason to heckle. The van will be perfect for a wheel chair or walker and we are so happy. Rouse employees were all working together to answer our questions and they really had our backs!!! Those folks gave us fast friendly service with no sales pressure at all. They made sure there was a vehicle we could afford at the other lot with low miles and we felt so blessed. They really changed our opinions of "used car salesmen"and they even held the vehicle for us!! I highly recommend you visit them if you have special transportation needs because they are straight up honest guys who really do care. More

On Lee's recommendation, we filled out the paperwork on Roush's website the night before our appointment. This made the whole process a lot smoother day of. Lee had everything prepped and ready to go. The showroom is expansive and clean, with complimentary coffee and free WiFi. Everyone we interacted with on the floor and in the office treated us with kindness and appreciation. I was able to test drive without a salesman - I didn’t ask, they insisted because that’s how you can share your true opinions! They have so many options in terms of trim levels and colors. When I originally test drove the 2018 Accord EX-L, I test drove in a color I was not wanting. I got back from my ride and my salesman, Spyros, had found the car I was looking for in the exact interior/exterior color I was looking for in their offsite lot! The overall buying process took most of the day, but everyone made sure you were happy/comfortable. Once I had purchased the car, Spyros made sure to explain the features without overwhelming. Then I drove the beautiful red rental car while mine was being serviced. That was all the temptation I needed. I knew what I wanted when I came in and Janly Wilkins was great. When I picked up the car she spent at last a half hour showing me how to use all the computer equipment. You can ask my kids, I don't have the best technical skills, but I think she was a great teacher. I have always loved your service department. I love Roush. More
