He let me direct the sales process without pressuring me into anything, and we found a car that I was very happy with. He worked with me to get me to a payment level that I was happy with at a rate that I was happy with, and all without even asking about a trade-in or financing options. Bill treated me like an adult, and even let me sleep on my decisions for a few days. I love my new car, and I definitely recommend Bill and his team to anyone. More

Before I even test drove the CR-V Shawn asked me what my priorities were in a new car. Being in the over 70 age bracket and loving taking the grandkids on outings I mentioned "safety' as my first concern. Once I test drove the CRV I knew it was what I wanted! However Shawn did not pressure me and made sure I could continue to take my time with any decisions and that it was a personal one for me! By far his best attribute besides knowledge of product is his patience !!!! All those safety features come with a learning curve attached! He was extremely sensitive to my processing all the new features !! He demonstrated, let me do hands on , and set an app on my i-phone which thoroughly explains all features! I am loving my new car! When prompted with questions, she was able to find the information. She provided pricing on a number of vehicles and looked into inventory that was available for specific requests. Mike was rather matter of fact, provided us with what we wanted rather than trying to be pushy (as we normally hear of from the finance guys), he didn't try and convince us to get more than what we needed. When we realized we made a mistake on one of our selections-- he was quick to remedy it. More
