Top Notch and Hassle free For the past several years I’ve purchased my Honda’s from Lindsay Honda. I recently decided to trade my Pilot for the new 2019 Pilot, so I reached out For the past several years I’ve purchased my Honda’s from Lindsay Honda. I recently decided to trade my Pilot for the new 2019 Pilot, so I reached out to my previous sales woman who tried to sell me a 2018. After I told her that I was not interested in the 2018 model, or seemed like she gave up on me. I called Roush Honda and was promptly assisted by Murphy. When asked whether or not a particular 2019 Pilot was in inventory, not only did Murphy look at his inventory logs, but he asked if he could go to their offsite lot to confirm it was there. When I arrived Murphy had the Pilot pulled up front for me. At this point I knew I wanted to buy, if my trade appraised for its value. I was impressed that I got exactly what I was looking for in my trade. Within an hour I had agreed to purchase my 2019 Pilot and will continue to buy from Murphy going forward.
