This time we purchased through the Costco program and everyone was very helpful and it took no effort on our part. The hardest aspect of our purchase was picking the color of our vehicle. When we picked up the car, Bill spent a considerable amount of time explaining all the new features of the car to us and made it clear that if we had questions on anything, to let him know or come in and he would go over things with us again. In addition, Karen Matthews, the Business Manager, was so friendly and helpful in getting all our paperwork done. We have had the car for a week now and really love all the new features!
