After that, I had to put my search on hold indefinitely, and I am sure he thought the sale was gone, but he was cordial and understanding. When I called back a week or so later around noon one day, he said the bid still held. He got the car prepped and paperwork ready for me immediately and picked me up at the bus stop. Outstanding service and incredible customer experience. Richard and the Roush Honda team provided me everything I could have asked for during my leasing experience. I was looking for a new Civic Si in black Richard and the Roush Honda team provided me everything I could have asked for during my leasing experience. I was looking for a new Civic Si in black (rare car to find) and Richard dropped what he was doing, found the car on the Honda factory floor and delivered it to me 3 days later without any issues whatsoever! He even beat another dealers price for the same car! When I arrived, the finance part of the process was also painless and very clear/easy to understand thanks to Will and Linda! They never pressured me to add additional warranties or service products, but rather let me tell them what I was looking for and gave me reasonable options. The whole staff overall was friendly, professional and customer oriented. I will definitely be back for my 1st oil change!
