an educational and learning experience I feel fortunate that I was able to work with Bill Seibert, in the purchase of my 2019 Honda Pilot. Bill was very patient in explaining the in's and I feel fortunate that I was able to work with Bill Seibert, in the purchase of my 2019 Honda Pilot. Bill was very patient in explaining the in's and out's of this vehicle. And, even more importantly, his knowledge of Honda product's is amazingly extensive. He was able to answer every question I put to him and, let me know that he would find an answer to any concern I might have, if he could not address it immediately. It is obvious that Bill is a professional and has put a great deal of time and effort into his craft. I basically knew what I wanted when I walked in the door. But, with Bill's help, I feel I ended up with a vehicle that is even better than I envisioned. Mike Dunlap handled the paperwork for us. Looks like he's done it a time or two. Mike led us smoothly thru our options and filling out the required forms. This made for a timely and stress free completion of our buying experience. More

Wonderful experience... For the first week at least. I had to change this review of mine, I left the Roush Honda thinking everything went great. I did the review and gave them 5 stars, per Shawn Risner’ I had to change this review of mine, I left the Roush Honda thinking everything went great. I did the review and gave them 5 stars, per Shawn Risner’s request. But, what I didn’t know is that after everything is signed, that is when they begin messing with you. I was owed a large check due to having my trade in almost paid off and I was moving to a lease. I was told that I would receive my check in 7 to 10 days. Well I didn’t hear anything, so I figured I would contact Roush Honda at day 12 to get the status of my check. I was told, well sir, there is a problem. “We” accidentally sent the full trade in amount to your previous loan company instead of just the pay off. Now, “we” have to wait for the previous loan company to see all funds clear, then they will send you a check for what was over paid. After another week I started asking for updates again. My emails were ignored. I ended up having to send out a blanket email to all management members to get one person to reply. Casey Brindley ended up contacting the loan company and asking them to expedite it. I finally got an apology from the Casey. Little late but whatever. One week later, I still didn’t have my check. Time for more emails. Casey actually tried to blame the previous loan company. I had to remind Casey that Roush Honda was the issue, not the previous load company. I went to the Westerville Police department and filed a Police Incident Report. Roush Honda was not happy about that one, but I had given them more than enough time to get me my money. I ended up getting my check 26 days after the transaction. Had this been turned around and I had owed Roush Honda over $11,000, and sent my check to a different automobile dealership, they wouldn’t have waited for 26 days for that other dealership to give them their money. They would have sued me and or had my new car repossessed. I am sure that “sorry” wouldn't have been good enough either for them either. So, why is it ok for them to do it to me? It is not. I nicely expressed my dissatisfaction in this whole process and how I will not to go back for service or any other reason, and they didn’t seem to really care or offer any incentive for me to return. Therefore, I will not go back. I purchased from Roush Honda because I wanted to give the local company the business and I thought it would be nice to not have to drive as far for service and such, I was wrong. I suggest staying away from Roush Honda. There are plenty of other local Honda dealerships. Roush Honda and everyone that works there is the definition of lie in your face, just trying to make a quick buck, automobile dealer. More

Car handles very well. Braking is assured and strong. Due a lot of highway driving and averaging hi 30's so far before first oil change. Apple CarPlay should be Bluetooth accessible, but once you figure it out it serves nicely. Only installed app I use is maps though. More
