I worked with four Honda dealerships (all electronically) to work through pricing prior to hitting the dealership. Rob was by far the most responsive and willing to work with us. My time is limited, so it was important to me to iron out everything outside the dealership. We had a budget we needed to stay within while still trying to get the best car for my Moms needs. It came down to Roush and another dealer and we ultimately choose Rob. The process was easy and wasn’t “pushy”. I felt the price and overall financing package was a win-win for both sides. High Anxiety soothed by excellent service and humor! I loved my 2004 Honda Accord but it was time for a new one and I knew it but had so many questions about where to start and the process. I stopped in I loved my 2004 Honda Accord but it was time for a new one and I knew it but had so many questions about where to start and the process. I stopped in to talk with Jim Hartsook at Roush Honda and immediately felt at ease - he is so easygoing, patient and knowledgeable. He helped me figure out want I wanted, what I needed and what I could afford. There was absolutely no pressure! It felt like talking with a trusted friend or neighbor! I went home with a greater insight of the process and continued to check the Roush Honda Certified Used website for vehicles that interested me. After a few weeks, I had found 2 different Honda CRVs that interested me. Called Jim right away and he remembered me and all that we had discussed - most importantly my high anxiety of the process. He continually reminded me on the phone that he was there to take the pressure off and guide me through the experience! Made an appointment and met up with him the next day where he had both cars ready for me to look at and test drive. Easy decision - fell in love with he 2017 CRV Touring. He patiently showed me all the options and answered my questions. Jim is a funny guy that knows his vehicles and cares about his customers! It was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. After signing all my paperwork, he walked me out and took more time again to review all the vehicles options and how everything worked. Even programmed my Bluetooth for me! I cannot say enough about Jim Hartsook and his character. He truly cares about each and every customer and makes you feel special! Best car buying experience ever I've always heard about the fantastic service this dealership provides so this time we decided to give them a try even though there was a major dealer I've always heard about the fantastic service this dealership provides so this time we decided to give them a try even though there was a major dealership 2 miles from my home. We even went there first and had a vehicle picked out. But we went to Roush anyway because of the available selection and their reputation. From the second my wife walked in the door this dealership was far and above the best dealership, we had ever visited. They were better than friendly, it almost felt like they were family. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Odyssey They were helpful in every way and I mean in every way. My wife and I have purchased well over 25 vehicles since we have been married and this was an experience like few others. Without a doubt, they will have our business from this day forward. Our sales person Terry Sopp and the Roush management were first class. As a side note, I just purchased a 2015 Lexus ES 350 4 months ago from a new online car buying company because I heard the experience was hassle free.
