My salesman was spectacular!! Doug Antle was the gentleman who sold me my 2014 Odyssey. I have purchased many cars and done a lot of car shopping in my lifetime. I arrived at 6 pm after dark for a specific vehicle. He got me right in it and sent me on the way for a luxurious test ride. While I was out driving Doug had the owner’s manual and was studying up on some of the questions I had about the vehicle. I was super impressed by this. His approach to sales was to just talk about the car in a genuine, likeable fashion. He wasn’t pushy or offputting like u often see with some individuals who are trying to sell you something. I wasn’t ready to buy right at that moment but as I walked out the door I remember his parting words. “ If you change your mind just let me know.” It resonated with me. In the end we negotiated the price to an agreeable figure. Though I did not get a full tank of gas LOL Doug offered me a wonderful compromise of 6 free car washes at Roush. Doug was always prompt in answering my questions when I called and he even helped me find my lost purse as I was Stressing Out lol. I highly recommend Roush Budget Car lot and Doug Antle is your man to help you. More

No high-pressure sales pitches for either the vehicle or extra warranties. Although I live in the area, this was my first time to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. He was very helpful and kind. He introduced me to Spyros who was my salesman for the day. Spyros was fun to deal with from start to finish. No pressure sales and seemed to only stay focused on what I said I needed. I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. I'm looking forward to my next interaction with Roush because I am sure I will feel good about all experiences there. I cant say enough good things about this dealership. They were very busy on the Saturday when I went in but Spyros never seemed to have any other focus but my wife and I through the whole process and Sam and Linda were fast, efficient and charming. Excellent Service for the past 6 years! I originally met Jeff in 2013 when I was looking to lease my first car. I had been to other dealerships but once I met Jeff there was no question that I originally met Jeff in 2013 when I was looking to lease my first car. I had been to other dealerships but once I met Jeff there was no question that he would be the salesman that I would work with going forward. He was super nice and listened to me- I truly knew he was helping me for me and not for the sale. I leased a car that day and then Jeff sent me birthday cards, follow up emails, and just stayed in touch- but not in an annoying way. When that lease was up- there was again absolutely no question of where I would go. Jeff got me taken care of perfectly on my way with my 2nd car from him. Finally, when my lease came up this time- regardless of the other people I now know in the car business due to my profession- I couldn’t have dreamed of going to anyone other than Jeff. When we were catching up- he remembered things that I had told him 6 years ago and that’s amazing. At this point- I wouldn’t dream of ever buying a car from anyone else and I truly appreciate the way he treats me as a client. Thanks again Jeff! See you in 3 years :) More
