Lee allowed me to send pictures of my trade to be evaulated, allowed me to come in at 8:45 when they close at 9, stayed until 10pm to talk me through a few of the car features. They allowed me to buy the car the way I wanted, instead of following the normal 2 hour long dealer process. More

I came in about a year ago “just looking”, not ready to buy/lease just yet. When I knew it was time I went to multiple other dealers, but something kept drawing me back to Roush and Shawn. As soon as I walked back in the door it just felt right. Shawn was extremely informative and instantly made me feel comfortable. He recommended I test drive the car I ended up leasing and it was like he knew me better than I know myself, it was everything I needed/wanted and more. He never made me feel pressured and he made the process seem seamless.
